Everything. Superb breakfast indeed.

The toilet flush lever in our room was really very hard to push down. I need to put all my strength each time I flush it.

We booked a room with executive lounge access - so the check-in, all questions and check-out was done on the 10th floor. The Executive Lounge staff were exceptional! They managed to give all help needed quite fast. We had problem with noisy neighbours and they went to the extend of blocking the next door room until we left. The location of the hotel was good to be in the middle between the city centre and the coast area. That was good as we managed to cover both in a short period of time. Nice rooms location and view.

Since we booked a room with executive lounge we could not have breakfast in the main restaurant downstairs which offered better food varieties than the limited breakfast in the lounge. They have many connecting rooms and you can hear other people if they are noisy, at least on floor 8. There weren't lot of efforts to make the lobby a bit more lively, may be its to do with the season, but at times it looks empty. It would have been nice to fill it in with example activities, exhibitions, etc.

It was very accessible to town. We loved the staff and Brando one of the waiters at the restaurant was very pleasant. The kids were fond of him. Athens is a beautiful antique country. So much history. What at experience!!!

My kids within the ages of 13 and 7 are very active and just love to play and laugh and have so much fun! Kids! Well, I think one of the neighbors didn’t like all that fun stuff so decided to knock on our to complain. I was a bit disappointed that the walls were not sound proof!😳

Top notch professional service (concierge, doormen, room service personnel) exceeding all expectations; biggest rooms in any hotel in Athens; superb breakfast both in quantity and quality.

It is true that the furnishings and equipment are somewhat dated, and show some signs of wear and tear. But they are by no means unclean, as some reviewers inaccurately state. On one hand the hotel could perform a renovation; on the other, if this is to push prices up and anull the current good value for money, I wouldn't want it.

Good hotel, location is central enough but you will need to take transportation to go around the city (Athens is massive), best option is taxi and they are not that expensive but Jesus, taxi drivers will charge you whatever they want; took taxi to same destinations several times and never pay similar amounts. Super breakfast, delicious; rooms were OK; staff in general are really friendly and they know their job. Swimming pool was small but OK and we were lucky as always find a place (sun bed). Concierge was really helpful, we booked a tour and was pretty good.

The room was not ready when we arrived which was nearly 3:00 pm; for what is worth they were very busy and they took care of us, after around 1 hour they told us room was ready we went and basically the room was ready for two people and not for four as we were (as per booking), we call them and they took again good care and everything was solved in relative short time. The area around the hotel, there are a few streets that looks really scary, not sure how safe they are but definitely better to avoid them

We are a family of four and stayed in a queen suite with two double beds for two nights. The room was enormous with very comfortable beds. The bathroom had a great shower, lovely toiletries and there was complimentary bottled water, a bottle of red wine, soaps and bath salts. The pool isn't huge but we had no problems getting loungers and it was a very welcome place to cool off in the Athens heat. The roof top bar / restaurant has stunning views of the Acropolis and we highly recommend you go up there for a drink at sunset - spectacular. Staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining how to get around, booking us a taxi to Piraeus hen needed and recommending a great grill house nearly where we ate every night. The location is a little bit out of the centre but we took a taxi into Athens and after that walked or used the subway. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen - so many choices, excellent quality food, absolutely delicious.

The decor in the room (pictures and furniture) was very dated. Prices at the bar in reception seemed very high to us. We didn't have a view of the Acropolis on the side of the hotel our room was located in - if this matters to you, I suggest you ask when booking for a room where you get the view, otherwise just go up to the roof top bar.

Staff service was super excellent. Very friendly and professional both courteous and speedy in every aspect. Breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection that allowed us to enjoy our three nights without getting tired of the same menu.

The facilities were rather aged. It was well kept, but the TV quality was at least 10 years old, analog feed and desperately needing an upgrade. The picture quality was terrible and BBC was not even receiving properly. The toilet flush was also old and not functioning well. The showers were also very old and temperature control was difficult.

Highlight was our evening meal at Primera on the rooftop. Most delicious 3 course meal with wonderful staff and exceptional view. Welcoming staff at check-in. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Pool area also lovely. Didn’t stay long enough to experience the spa. Had dinner near the Acropolis one evening and strolled back to hotel , only 20 mins.

Shower was combined in the bath which as a personal preference I prefer a stand alone shower. No fridge in room which would have been nice, especially considering the exceptionally hot weather during our stay. Neither affected our stay.

my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent stay at the hotel. I would like to specifically recognize Elaine, a member of Club Reception staff, for her exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. From the moment I arrived, Elaine made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Her extensive knowledge of the hotel's amenities and services allowed her to provide me with personalized recommendations that greatly enhanced my stay. She was attentive to my needs, promptly addressed any queries or concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit.

The hotel room was spacious, with 3 single beds, a sofa, and a table. The staff were very friendly, and I was literally only able to eat 10% of the breakfast; there was such variety. I get a freshly made omelet every morning.

You have to pay €40 to use the spa or purchase a therapy. The pool was closed for the season when we were at the end of March and beginning of April.
