The area wasn’t very good didn’t want to go out at night when it was dark .A lot of homeless and druggies about .Although they never bothered you

Comfortable rooms. Just what I needed for a night in Athens. Clean rooms and facilities. Nice hot water for the shower. Staff is available 24/7 to help with whatever you need. Breakfast is an extra 5 euro and had a variety of food. Couldn't ask for better for the price.

As others have mentioned they are located in the center of Athens in a neighborhood that is very popular with migrants. While it seems fairly safe even at night, there's a lot of shady business going on around like drug use and brothels. Steer clear if you are planning on bringing children. There are some Pakistani guests in the hotel that were very noisy even late at night.

Staff were so friendly and chatty. Very helpful. Rooms were basic as we went for budget. But we're big enough for the 3 of us very comfortably. The small balcony was lovely to sit in during the evening. 24-hour reception was reassuring and was always very well lit. There was an empty fridge in the room, which was was great for keeping drinks and fruit cool. There's two convince stores across the road and several food options in the immediate area from 9am to late night. There's also an atm in the reception area and a few more very close. It's about a 15-minute walk to the main area with the shops. Overall, I am extremely happy with the price and experience. would definitely rebook if we were to return to the same area of Athens (which we definitely plan on doing).

The location isn't great if you're walking back late due to the number of small streets, but that seemed to be the case for most of the area, so it's not a hotel issue at all. We, however, felt perfectly safe. Everyone was friendly, and the area was very peaceful overall during the late evening.

Pro: The hotel is perfect! It is clean and welcoming. The staff was absolutely delightful and extremely helpful. They operate 24 hours a day so someone is always at the front desk ready to help. Con: As a solo traveler I was not expecting the location to feel so unsafe. The neighborhood is not the best for someone alone, especially a young female like myself, to be walking alone at night. I took a taxi home every night because I did not feel safe or comfortable to walk there alone. If your not alone I am sure it’s fine. If your traveling alone maybe find a different location.

Property was great. We got a top-floor room with a balcony giving us views across the city, although the Acropolis was obscured by another building. Rest of the room was very clean and comfortable

Some folks may be intimidated with area. Like any big city, just be cautious of surroundings and vigilent at night.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff members were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was available every day. The beds were very comfortable. Wifi worked great and there were plenty of conveniently located outlets. It is in a great location- just a few blocks from the metro (making it so easy to get to and from Athens attractions and the airport). It is near a square with lots of shops and stores. My family of seven really enjoyed staying here. It was a great value.

Everything was terrific.

Extremely good price for what was a really decent room. A bit small but enough space, good beds, very clean, working bathroom etc. Much better that other experience I had with cheap places in Athens. The staff was very nice too!

The worst is the neighborhood, the small street where the hotel is located can get really sketchy during day and night. I don't think anything would happen but we didn't feel comfortable. On the other hand, is really close to subway station that serves two lines, so is really easy to reach all important places (Acropolis, port, airport, etc). The hotel is old and it had a funny smell but nothing terrible to be honest. For such cheap prices I think is a decent tradeoff

The front desk host Panagiotis 🤓 I choose destinations with a front desk service to get ideas from locals about what to do, where to eat and where to go for sight seeing. Panos helped me achieve my goal with so many good ideas! I would 100% come back! The breakfast was perfect for me as well. Not too heavy just perfect to give you energy to start the day with a nice cup of coffee. The lady working at the little breakfast place was also so sweet! The room was spacious, on the older side but I love the retro style!

I think a refresh for the mattress would be a good idea, mine was a bit on the harder side. That’s the only thing I can think of.
