Staff were lovely, our flight was delayed and received an email on how to enter the property. Lift in the building we stayed on the second floor in room 12, sofa and space to move around, bathroom and kitchenette and main bedroom. Great coffee machine which was restocked everyday fridge and room cleaned and fresh towels everyday Really good location to walk into the centre. Modern decor and light and airy apartment Staff are really helpful and issues sorted out straight away

A make shift rail for a wardrobe only had a few hangers and a draw Only one mirror in the living room Tv was in the bedroom but not in the living room No dressing table so had to sit on the floor Not much of a view from the window looked out onto building work which isn’t the hotels fault We had to request our room to be cleaned due to ants however I messaged George and he sorted it out straight away. We returned to no further issues however this did put me on edge and had to keep checking the bed just incase

Don't be put off by the online photos of the sterile green facade. Once inside the cool iron gates the hotel exudes a trendy charm. Well maintained throughout, the Nin & Bau takes some chances with painted concrete structural walls in the hallways and a very nice color and material palette throughout. Our room, which consisted of a sitting area with sofa, hallway kitchenette and bedroom were all comfortable, well outfitted and featured exceptionally good Cy Twombly-esque art, unlike many generic hotels with their mundane risk-free, "please the masses" decor. George, the front desk host, happily offers suggestions about the neighbourhood, dining options and how to get from A-Z. The very well equipped rooftop terrace has a chill-out zone with comfy sofas and a sundeck with recliners, umbrella and even cool-off showers.

This place is a well-designed and well-outfitted gem for its price range, but guests need to be prepared for the funky, ramshackle looking street on which it sits and the views from some of the rooms which overlook rooftops that are such an amazing mess of accumulated junk that they actually look like some sort of spontaneous art installation. But head out the front door and just a block or two away the spray painted and sullen facades of the Hotel's immediate neighbors quickly give way to some of the coolest, trendiest streets in Athen's Psyri District... so no complaints! This is a very edgy location and the owners should be commended for being on the cutting edge of the area's transformation.

Just got home from a lovely trip to Athens for a week. I can not recommend this property highly enough. The staff went above and beyond for us. We got to the property late and the access was so easy and stress free. The location is just a short walk from the metro station and the square and there is plenty to do and explore. The next morning I asked about breakfast and I was informed that somehow I had not booked breakfast for the week but the manager was so helpful in getting to the bottom of it and then offered us a free breakfast complimentary witch was so lovely. The manager also offered us lots of different restaurants to try at a 10% discount because we was staying at this property witch is a lovely gesture and I also love how they are working together as a community like that. I some how blew the electrics in the apartment with my adapter plug at a silly hour of the night/morning and the manager was up and at the apartment in no time to sort it. He even lent us another adapter for the week and had an electrician in the very next day to make sure all was safe. Any questions or query’s I had was answered almost immediately and was very useful. The room was very clean and well equipped for us with daily cleaning. Even the washing up was done as we had an apartment unit. We had a late flight home and the manager was even nice enough to let us have a late check out (there was not another booking going in that day) Over all we couldn’t have stayed at a better hotel for our first trip to Athens and it is safe to say we will be back.

The only things I would suggest is putting a tv in the living room because it kind of limits you to the bedroom when you are there. (We stayed in room 8) Also maybe a hot plate or a toaster and some standard cooking utensils ie, sauce pan/ frying pan and a colander etc so if you want you can make some pasta or something quick and easy if you don’t want to go out to eat for a day or two. And a sponge and some soap liquid. That is only a suggestion though.

The location was perfect- situated in Psyri, surrounded by great restaurants and pubs and taverns. Just a few minutes walk away from Monastiraki, Plaka, main shopping district, metro. Service at the reception- special thanks to Fay who was so kind and helpful! The breakfast is in a superb restaurant just a min away from the hotel. The bed was super comfortable. Nespesso coffee machine in the room is a bonus. You can barely hear the noise from the street.

Everything was fine

Location was perfect for us. Bars and restaurants all around and close to the shopping area. We got the metro from the airport and it was an easy journey. When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite which was really big with a seating area and a kitchenette with a Nespresso coffeemaker. The property, also, has a small lift. Staff were lovely and ordered us a taxi for a certain time to our cruise ship.

There was nothing, really, we would stay here again.

The room was comfortable and clean, bathroom was well stocked with toiletries daily. Spacious room for two people. We had breakfast included which was at a local cafe just down the street.

We were staying in the cheapest room option, which was ground level. The street noise was still quite noisy, although ear plugs were provided. Not a huge amount of storage space.

The corner street looked a little sketchy at first sight, but then we realized that it was just the look, and we were steps away from the busy places (shops, restaurant etc). Actually, that corner was very quiet at night, so we appreciated even more. The room was bigger then what I expected and spotless clean.

I personally did not like the colors in the bathroom, that's all of negative I have to say.

Modern and comfortable room. Quite comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and polite. Was our 2nd stay there. It's very close to the main attractions of the Athens city center. Countless of options for food and drinks around.

On weekdays the area doesn't feel the safest. I would not recommend it for (women) solo travelers.

A boutique hotel with a laconic interior, nothing superfluous, but with everything you need. wonderful staff! Vasilis helped us a lot upon arrival with a quick choice of restaurant for late dinner. Fanny is very efficient and accommodating. excellent breakfasts in a cafe a stone's throw from the hotel. transfer to the airport with excellent service.

It’s a pity that there is no balcony . But the roof terrace is great 👍
