The location, the food, the pool, the beach

The aircon in public area is not sufficient. The summer days are hot and very humid, and in the dinning hall its too hot to sit and enjoy the good food. Also the water park hours are very short (close at 5:00pm…)and the slides are open one at a time… even though its not our first rime and we expected this- its still disappointing and one could expect to have a least 3 open all together, its the same policy at other hotels with water parks….. Regarding the pool- why not to have 2 or more nights of late swim The pool is beautifully lighted at night, it could be perfect to have a night swim and with the bar open

Good breakfast but crowded,pool(but can not find sun bed) Water park perfect for kids,more easy to find sunbed. Nice beach,clear water and warm(In August). They brought us bottles of water every day. We received some attention in the room (wine, sandwich, sweets). Thank you for that, very nice.

We took the room with a partial sea view, that's how I got it, but not as in the pictures, in front, the landscape is not so nice They clean the room every day, changed the bed linen, but in none of the 7 days I stayed, did they even vacuum the balcony. They should find a better solution for the sunbeds at the pool. Many people still don't understand that they don't have to reserve the sunbeds. In 7 days, we stayed only once at the main pool. We headed towards the water park and the beach. The room service people bothered us at least 2 times a day (entering the room), even though we had put the red do not disturb button. I didn't like this at all, 5-star hotel but without privacy.

The food was exceptional! Absolutely fantastic! Water slides were brilliant and were well loved by the kids. Our room with the smaller pool out the back was pure luxury. The staff were absolutely lovely, and the grounds were immaculately clean. So much variety with all meals and snacks and with the resort right on the beach, we were spoilt for choice with beach tubing, paragliding , boat day trips and more. We had a fantastic holiday!

I wish the air con was a little cooler in the room and that there were some fans around the resort ( such as the water park). Also the sun beds were reserved by early risers who left their towels there all morning. Whilst very hard to police, I do wish there was a better system to ensure that the sharing of sun beds was fairer.

The staff were amazing. They are all helpful and welcoming. To name a few, Yanis and his colleague girl (apologies missed her name) at the beach bar Anotania at the executive lounge Christina at the Italian restaurant Panagiotis at the management office Andreas at the receptionist office All the Asian restaurant staff They all have gone behind to make.our stay as pleasant and possible..in general the staff were exceptional.

Lack of staff in all facilities The gym needs more attention, like cleanliness and water supply. Not enough restaurants to fulfill an ultra all inclusive resort. Food is only available at the snack bar. Activities are available but so limited No table service, we have to wait in line for many minutes to be served at the bar Ice cream bars were not part of all inclusive. Water park slides are not operational at all times. In general, the value for the money was not at its best,

As the 1st experience, it was wonderful and unforgettable. The hotel location, facilities, amenities, restaurants, quality, variety of food and beverages, cleanness, services, activities, spa, clubs, loanges, bars, and lounges and entertainments were outstanding. The whole staff, including the management team, at reception, in all restaurants, in spa, in bars & lounges, in clubs, guests relation team, house keepers, etc were so super friendly, helpful, supportive and cooperative with outstanding behavior and entertaining. We all enjoyed our stay with memorable moments. We will come back and highly recommend to our family, friends, and everyone to experience the same. Thank you all, lovely people 🙏🙏👍👍😍😍😃😃

Very clean and spacious. Beautiful sunrise view from rooms. Good food. Quiet rooms.

Rude outdoor bar/food staff. Other guests hogging sun loungers. We had a late flight so stuck around to enjoy some sun on the beach, only to be told that there were no shower facilities for us to use due to covid. Shocking. No alternative was offered other than using the outdoor pool shower in front of other guests. Unnecessarily making guests use plastic gloves at breakfast. Pebble beach full of painful spikes. Smoking is allowed on the balconies which I really did not enjoy. I do not smoke and cannot stand the smell myself so you could constantly smell cigarette smoke if you are chilling on the balcony.

Breakast was amazing. Staff were lovely and helpful - especially bar man Thanos who was so kind and welcoming to us. We received complimentary snacks and treats on several days which was very kind. Pool facilities were great - although often hard to find a bed to lounge on. Room was luxurious and mountain view was beautiful. Entertainment was great and water park was a lot of fun. Location between old rhodes town and Faliraki was ideal with easy bus link whoch were cheap and regular. Would highly recommend!

Some staff were not helpful - such as the head of all the bars who was rude to us and kep us hostage when trying to buy a drink and the menu price did not match the till price so he kept us at the bar for 20 mins just to receive the 2 euro difference from us.

A luxury all-inclusive hotel with a modern room and comfortable bed, fast internet, and a clean pool met all expectations. There were many activities for kids and families, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our three families were on different floors but could communicate with one another and had a fantastic time

Our meals were ok, but not very tasty as we expected, but it's ok for such a big resort. Italian dinners, for example, had average pastas and pizzas. You can get same food in common restaurant and not in their specials. There was a strong smell of weed on one of the balconies and in the corridor. Some floors have a noise from air conditioning system so ask to be on the corner closer to aquapark which is also fantastic.

Beach & sea - beautiful Staff - very friendly & helpful Territory - spacious, clean, high end Food & drinks - good taste and quality. Also A La Carte restaurants were indeed great too Wi-Fi - worked well everywhere including beach Convenience store in the lobby - very comfortable to pick up everyday small items Entertainment for kids - a lot of fun Evening entertainment for seniors / families - very nice. Live music etc.

Entertainment for young & active - no disco. Only quieter more family style Rooms and many areas are not modern. Not necessarily a problem but it's seen Sea side view rooms - unlike a nice picture on the website, instead of seeing sea side and hotel area, you will see a huge construction site. Be careful when booking this category

The pool area is just AMAZING. The staff at the pool bars area are very helpful, friendly & great service. The rooms are modern & comfy. The Greek Tavern is a must try. Entertainment programs are also nice. Breakfast has a good variety.

The reception & the guest relations are not helpful at all. No iron provided in the room. Dry cleaning is very expensive at the hotel.
