The hotel was great. Very clean and spacious. Pleasant staff. Great variety of food at the buffet. Also nice a la carte restaurants (Asian/Sushi/Italian/Greek/Texmex - book your restaurant meals via the website way before you go). Pizza on demand all day from the private beach wood burning pizza oven. Big open grass space for playing ball games etc.. The room was very clean and spacious. Lovely views. Good location for access to Rhodes Old Town (~3euro pp on the bus). and Lindos (~5euro pp on the bus). Brilliant place to relax if you don't want to worry about where you are going for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

The hotel doesn't seem particularly catered for children. There is a very small children's pool with slides and a small kids club hut where they can draw or get their faces painted. Small arcade area with 2 machines, pool table and air hockey. Unfortunately the water parks on the island were still closed (Mid APR 2022) and don't open for a good few weeks. The evening doesn't seem geared towards children's entertainment. The pools seemed to close around 6pm before dinner started, then the main indoor bar area seemed to have a violinist one night, some acoustic guitars another night.

I recommend once in life to experience Mitsis Alilia. Exceptionnal experience, really love it and looking forward to go back again! No words are enough to describe the relaxing holidays, the food, the view, the service etc.

The reservation system in restaurant, really challenging, despite empty tables we have been told they are full from the manager of the restaurant reservation and the push back was at the begining not really friendly! Following escalation to the customer service, we managed to get into a restaurant, really appreciate the follow up from the customer service. The only negative experience, otherwise all perfect and all staff were great

The resort as a whole was an amazing experience and the perfect couples getaway. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! We opted for the All- Inclusive package which was well worth the price. Upon checking in we were offered refreshing towels and champagne while we waited, the hostess assisted us in downloading the app where you can make reservations for the various different restaurants that were available on the resort. Our personal favorite was the Tex Mex restaurant we had the pleasure to dine in on Cinco de Mayo. All the bars served a delicious variety of drinks and the bartenders were very fun and friendly . When you go you have to make sure you get a drink from Panagiotis (the one with the cool mustache)! His humor and hospitality were top tier. The room was extremely clean and the sea view was spectacular. If you need anything the staff is readily available and quick to respond. If you are interested in doing things off the resort the staff can assist you in getting a taxi. The bay where most of the cruises start is only a 15 minute ride from the resort. There are also clubs and bars to go to that play all kinds of different music 15 min in the opposite direction. The most we paid for a taxi in either direction was about €27. To sum it up we have zero complaints. When we visit the island again we won’t be staying anywhere but here!!

the Food at the Buffet was very Good, the team at the main restaurant/ Buffet was amazing very caring, helpful and very nice. the 5 restaurant were as well very good. the cocktail bar top. WLAN was very good. we were there as a family and we felt that the kids were also welcome. the hotel is just like we like them clean with white marble everywhere.

the team of the kids Programm were super, maybe they need more material, also more people and also include a package of daycare’s which can be booked ( 2 h /3h a day) than it would be paradise on earth.

Staff we great and welcoming. Nothing felt like too much of an ask. Grounds are well kept and pool was always clean. The variety in the restaurants and the drinks were great for a 7 day stay. The sea view room were had did have a wonderful view and a great size. The entertainment was varied over 7 days. The care hire within the hotel is very competitive and convenient. Huge bars which with seating.

No way enough pools (only one, the rest of decorative) Floor -1 and -2 outside in the courtyard have no ambiance other then the huge fans going. Such a waste given there is a wine and champagne bar on -1. Gym opens really late in comparison to other hotels (8am) which is a waste given it's quite good. Outdoor toilets only on the beach which is inconvenient. No fault of the hotel but getting a taxi is long and the process lends itself to the taxi's coming when they like Vs the ETA given. Drinks at night bar - lack of staff! Quicker to queue! No option to take away desserts.

in the family room the bedrooms are separated only by a glass door, parents do not enjoy much privacy ..;)

This is hands down the best all inclusive hotel on the plant, and if things won't change probably the last all inclusive hotel i'll ever visit since there is no need for searching no more. This great experience starts with the great food and facilities but food and facilities ain't enough. By the end of the day it's the great staff the does the difference. Whether if it's the smiling door man, the extremely welcoming front dest staff, the happy to serve every need managers, bartenders and waitresses at the restaurants, bars and ofcourse, pizza stand and the house keeping staff. But more then all my deepest gratitude goes to Natasa at the concierge desk that have been taking care of every need we (a party of 19) had even 4 month prior to arrival and Elena at the costumer service desk that completed the service by helping us put together something out of the ordinary. Oh and by the way the new gym is awesome. This is a place you need to visit.

Maybe get new tennis gear...

We had the best experience, beyond the expectations. Standard is very very good. Food excellent. So if you are looking for a relaxing break and have everything at your convenience while kids are young it is really the right choice of a hotel.

Facilities are v good. Choice and standard of the restaurants was better than most places we visited. Hotel could do with more pool areas considering the amount of outdoor space available we felt that pool was small. The same goes for kids area. Better playground would be welcome.

The staff was exceptionally personable and friendly. We saw the same waiters for dinner as we had seen for breakfast and soon felt treated like family or friends. That’s a huge difference. We enjoyed the beach and our room was very comfortable.

The only thing we weren’t prepared for was the number of families with children. Not that we don’t like children, it just was overwhelming at times especially in the main dining room.
