The beds were comfy (but the pillows not as much). At a busy and great location; walking distance from the city centre. Easy check in with 24hr reception. Great breakfast buffet with loads of options. Beautiful view from the restaurant/cafe on the fifth floor!

the people upstairs were noisy in the middle of the night and that kept us awake for a bit so not sure about the soundproof.

Location was easy to walk into town and rooftop bar had lovely view. Staff all lovely and friendly. Easy car parking

Not much cupboard space, booking.com gave us twin beds, balcony literally looks at an internal wall no view, took a while to get things like extra pillows etc. 2 days later. Breakfast selection could be varied/ fresh eggs etc

Our flight to Crete was very early so we got to hotel at 9:30 am. Our room wasnt ready yet but they invited us to have breakfast for free. Very nice meaningful touch. Breakfast buffet was great, as were the views from the terrace. Room aircon was strong and bed comfortable. Amazing location.

We missed a pool. Bed was comfy but with huge hole in the middle of two singles, very bad for a couple. If they had at least something to hold the beds together and prevent them from sliding apart and ideally a connecting topper on it that would have been a lot better.

The view from the balcony was nice and the location near the town centre was convenient.

Unfortunately, there was a group of school teenagers staying in the whole hotel at the time of my stay, behaving so loudly that I couldn't sleep all night. Unfortunately, the receptionists couldn't do anything about it as I was informed, so I contacted Booking.com and got my full refund and found much more peaceful accommodation for another 4 nights.

The staff was very friendly, we asked for them to change our room because it was in the back side of the hotel and the AC’s were located there and were very noisy. Location is good. Cleaning service was available every day.

The bed was very small. Breakfast is mediocre, but the rooftop where is served is nice.

Location, view from balcon and from breakfast it was brilliant at 5th floor also nice personel on reception. We Were after 1p.m. And he was very kind and helpful. Very good variety of foods with local specials every day new. Fresh juice from orange. Good Climatization we could change every time, and roomy place. Very fast elevator.

They were ants, which feel sweetnes in our room.

Good value for the money asked. Walking distance towards city center is approx. 20 min. Modern hotel clean room, hi tech AC, comfortable bed. Tv and internet is a standard. Sea view. Spacious balcony. Welcome drink - beer/wine or juice. Staff especially in restaurant and reception was very friendly and professional.

Location is ok but a bit far from city center but its nothing that bad. Quiet location but busy roundabout is nearby. It dis not disturb us. We could not switch on bathroom fan. Restaurant is not open all day long but it is not that bad because you will be likely out of the hotel during the mid day period anyways.

In my opinion, the hotel is great. Clean, well-kept and very urolkiwy. The staff tries to help in every situation. The staff are open-minded and very friendly. The breakfasts are very tasty. 24-hour desk helps with late arrivals on the last flight. Most of the staff communicate confidently in English. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good.

Two single beds to make a double bed? The touch screen in the room didn't work but it wasn't necessary. Some old items were left in the fridge from a previous customer. That's a bit slack.

They gave us an ocean view room with a nice balcony and furniture. The room had all required including chairs for sitting. Staff was very helpful with finding parking spot, getting cab and even letting me use the reception phone to dial Austria for no charge, when my cellphone would not connect. The room rate included a good breakfast and a free drink in the bar. (it was off season - October)
