The hotel is located in a very convenient place, within walking distance to all strategic locations: the bus station, the central park, and most importantly, the Heraklion port. The staff is very caring and attentive to their guests. I arrived a bit earlier and thought I would have to leave my luggage and go for a walk to wait for check-in, but my room was ready and I was allowed to check in early.

There are no real negatives considering the price and service. On the contrary, I would add more stars to this hotel because it seems underrated. Thank you.

Nice location close to the ferry port and bus station. Staff were friendly on the reception. Restaurants close by were handy, and plenty of small shops for drinks and snacks. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee making facilities were also an added bonus, as well as the fridge in the room.

Some of the streets around the hotel did not feel safe to walk around at night with children but this is not the hotel's fault....Just letting other families know.

The hotel is close to a very authentic restaurant in a nearby square. The staff were really helpful and considerate. The bedroom was compact but the terrace was very large. On arrival there was a glitch with the Air Con, we given a large electric fan and in the morning a technician fixed the Air Con.

I am scratching my head, of course you always want a bigger bedroom but the big terrace was a major bonus - great for apero

Right next to town centre, lovely hosts (always available), and they helped me store luggage for a long time, which was so appreciated! Comfortable room, good air con, nice shower. Perfect also for medium stays.

I got destroyed by mosquitoes on the first night: as far as the hotel goes, I noticed no nets between the door to the outside terrace, and when I walked in the room the blinds where closed but the door open (leaving space for mosquitoes to fly in). Or perhaps they bit me elsewhere? Who knows. But I'd suggest adding mosquito nets to the windows/terrace doors.

The staff and the location. We had some time to catch up with the owner and he gave us all the tips we needed for Heraklion and Crete Island in general :) Well located for a one-night stay before an early flight (in the center but very close to the airport - 10min drive).

I would suggest the hotel management invest in proper noise isolation between rooms since some guests can be very noisy during the night... Unfortunately, it was our case.

Very friendly staff, they allowed us to leave our luggage once we arrived to Heraklion, so we could enjoy the whole day visiting the city attractions. Room was very clean, fully equipped (even with coffee and tea with a kettle), with a lovely little balcony. Very comfortable beds. It is located next to lots of restaurants, shops and parks, and the historical museum, where we started our excursions.

We stayed in Heraklion for 2 nights - enough to see the city. The hotel was perfectly located, just 5min walk from the main square. A lot of restaurants and cafes and a supermarket nearby. The neighborhood was silent. The room was clean, air-conditioned and well equipped.

The room was small, though the size was as described on the website. No private parking lot, but a few paid parking lots nearby.

The 24 hours staffed reception was very welcome, as our boat was arriving late. The room was well equipped, with electric kettle and a fridge and you can buy cold beer or water at reception for a reasonable price, the bed super comfy.

There was a night club somewhere close, loud music till 3 in the morning.

- well located, in the centre and 10min away from port and coach station. - cleanliness of the room - the cleaning lady folded my pyjamas every morning which I found lovely - very good value for the service

- buildings in Crete have 0 soundproof isolation so I could hear everything from the streets and from the lobby.

As we only stayed one night, to leave the city very early, the room has everything needed and everything was clean as expected. The staff were very friendly in all moments, always willing to help. The hotel is very close to the city center and the port.

The room was a bit small if we were to spend more days there. Moreover, there is nothing to point out as we haven't spent much time in the hotel.
