We have such fond memories of the two nights we spent at the Hotel Tsarsi. It's a very small hotel, newly and wonderfully remodeled, and the staff is truly extraordinary. The manager actually moved his personal car on the street in front of the hotel so that we could park in his spot! How accommodating is that?! Our room was large, modern decor, spotlessly clean, with a balcony overlooking the lake in the distance. Best of all: The breakfast was an assortment of freshly baked pastries, egg cooked to order, with all of the sides and beverages you could desire.

Not the hotel's fault, but it is located adjacent to the old town, at the top of a hill. My wife has some trouble walking, so that could be an issue. BUT the hotel has an elevator, and taxis are easily and inexpensively available to access the old town and other sites.

I did not have breakfast in the hotel but the choices look very nice and the coffee was perfect, the hotel was very clean and the upper floors has lake view. The hotel has its own garage but you may also find space on the street in front of the hotel

The street where the hotel is located has lots of ugly looking building, many stores are closed on the street, the down side is, kastoria is located on a steep hill and the hotel is on almost the top of the hill so if you walk down the lake you have to climb lot of stairs.

My wife and I spent 4 days in Kastoria to participate in a local half-marathon. The hotel and its staff more than exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect, in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 3 minute walk from Kastoria lake. At our arrival we were pleasantly surprised by being offered a free upgrade to the best room in the hotel. We were also offered a free place in the hotel's underground parking for our motorcycle, although we opted not to use it. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful and its balcony gave a stunning view of the lake. Breakfast was perfect and rich. We were even given a special "runner's" breakfast on the day of the race! The staff were very pleasant and friendly, and always eager to help.

Where do I begin? The most amazing, helpful and polite hosts. Super clean hotel and room. Fantastic breakfast. Comfy, spacious and very quiet room. Great shower with loads of pressure. Secure parking available (also the hosts were kind enough to offer free charging for my electric car). Highly recommended; I would without a doubt stay again.

The location was perfect. The room was overlooking the water with a balcony where I sat in the cool of the morning relaxing while sipping an expertly made cappuccino. The pillows were the most comfortable I’ve had on a vacation. The bed was clean, soft and inviting. The shower was so nice the hot water is plentiful with a rain head that was the best. The breakfast was wonderful, I had an omelette with warm bread, yummy Jam and coffee. The hotel was spotless the room was the cleanest we’ve had on our 60 day trip yet. The staff was so wonderful they took time to answer questions and to give us recommendations on restaurants that we should try.

No complaints whatsoever.

The boutique hotel is located in the centre of Kastoria, within walking distance to the lake and the old centre. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The room was spacious, comfortable, with modern bathroom. We were offered free of charge better room. Breakfast had good variety, great coffee and we were served freshly squeezed orange juice. Very pleasant stay.

Excellent hospitality, felt really welcome. Owners make you feel like home. Room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast was amazing with tasty pies, pancakes and omelates. The staff really wanted to help with every opportunity.

Did not have an issue with parking spots although it can be tricky sometimes depending on the time. Wifi had a few disconnects but nothing really serious.

We loved the place! So friendly and helpful staff, luxurious hotel with reasonable price, safe carage for motorcycle. The best omelettes ever and I am still dreaming about the pancake we got. Nice balcony in the room. Very good bed.

Really nice place to stay, staff were welcoming & friendly. The towels were soft & smelled amazing. Room was bright & airy. Bed was very comfortable. We had scrambled eggs for breakfast that were cooked perfectly. Lots of other options too.

Nothing not to like, book this place if you are on the area.

The hotel interior is newly renovated, clean, staff are very helpful and breakfast was satisfactory.

The room was a little small for my liking. I was somewhat challenged to find enough floor space to open up my large 81cm suitcase and carry on luggage. The host however was kind enough to offer a free upgrade to a larger room.
