Lovely hotel up on the hill looking down at Kastoria Lake in a very quiet location: it has the perfect view from almost every room. Bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished and the bathrooms very functional with lots of hot water and fresh towels every day. The hotel is super clean and provides a good breakfast. There’s a lovely terrace to sit, have a drink and enjoy the view.. very well maintained garden and safe parking on site. Although it doesn’t have a restaurant there are good tavernas close by, the hotel provides a list of suggested places (and sites of interest) and are happy to arrange transport.

The view! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable.

Even though I had told the hotel we required a Gluten Free breakfast, the breakfast buffet had limited options and as I coeliac I did not feel safe as there was many opportunities for cross contamination. For example shared tongs with Gluten containing products and the fried eggs and omelettes were kept with the French toast.

Everything. It is one of the best hotels I have visited in Greece. Particular mention should be made to the politeness of the management and staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and common facilities, and the exceptional location, which offers an unrestricted view of the entire town. It is highly recommended to anyone who would like to visit Kastoria and its surroundings

Nothing to note

The breakfast was very delicious and the coffee as well, the room was very comfortable and especially the bed and the bathroom. The view from the balcony was simply amazing and as locations go, it was one of the most beautiful places I've visited in Greece. The hotel had prepared recommendations for restaurants in the old city near the lake, where the food was delicious and walking around the lake itself was very pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend!

Location offers a scenery view of the city. Our family room was literally huge, clean and fully equipped. One of the best hotels we visited in Greece so far.

Room insulation definitely can be improved. We had some loud tenants next to us and this was not that pleasant to hear them talking loud until midnight. We were just not that lucky in this area.

The hotel is located in a place with a great view of Kastoria and it has a lovely surrounding area. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a large variety of choices

Can't think of something, except maybe that the waste baskets in the room could have been a little bigger.

An excellent hotel located at an ideal green area surrounded by an outstandingly maintained garden and with an amazing view of the lake and the northern part of the town. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel is much nicer from any of the photo-galleries offered in the different relevant sites. Cleanliess and tidiness are unbeatable to include the musical background in the common areas, such as bar and breakfast room. Great breakfast with a fantastic view of the lake. The owners and staff are extremely polite and helpful. It is difficult to identify defective issues in this hotel. It is highly recommended to all demanding visitors of this nice town. .

Good breakfast, easy and free parking. Stunning views of Kastoria lake. Closely Kastoria, 5 min drive and easy to find parking in Kastoria in September. Clean and big rooms and bathroom. Fridge in room. Cozy bar. Nice and big terrace.

Bed a bit soft in my opinion

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, pleasant and quiet. The view from both the room and the lobby balcony is incredible! Staff were lovely. Hotel bar was also nice. The room is huge. Breakfast was decent.

Far from the city. It’s not a real problem though because a taxi from the hotel to Kastoria was only 7 euros and the staff were nice enough to order them for us.

Even if you don't book a room with a lake view you can chill on the terrace. It's very accessible, clean, pretty, nice staff.

Nothing really. If I would say one thing, that the breakfast could have a little better quality than quantity but still we enjoyed it.
