Excellent value for money hotel. The location was perfect for the arbour and nightlife. Balcony had a view of the arbour with its sailing boats. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were changed daily. I was able to check in early and on checkout they looked after my bag for the day until a late departure. Location is convenient for walking to the ferry terminal. Enjoyed my stay and would book this hotel again if I was returning to Kos Town.

If you wanted an early night the nightlife is quite close so you can hear music till quite late. But if you like nightlife it’s not a problem.

The location is perfect, we just needed somewhere near the port for 1 night and it was perfect, in the heart of town but pretty quiet. My husband unfortunately need to go to the hospital and the hosts were extremely helpful with taxis, directions and information both Kate at night and early morning. We are very grateful for their help. The rooms are basic but the quality of the beds, pillows, sheets etc were 1st class. After a stressful journey from Tilos island we had a great nights sleep.

Location very good, central but quiet. Rooms are spacy and well organised, shower works well and is renovated. Very kind and welcoming, flexibel hours, they made an extra effort to have the room ready as soon as we arrived which we appreciated a lot. Cleaning lady does very good job and is always happy and helpful. Thank you!

The sea-view is merely harbour view and sideways (only from the balcony) but this didn't bother us.

Perfect location and a balcony with a view of the harbour. Owner very niice helpful if there was anything you needed. This is an older hotel so furniture is a bit dated but spotlessly clean. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towls and bedding/ Very good value for money in a fabulous loction.

The place was clean and has a superb location. Very near to beaches and shopping area. Good air conditioning and staff was very positive and helpful

Early in the morning, there was a lot of noise inside of the facility, i do not know if it was cleaning people or guest but it was not pleasant.

Had a fantastic time in this hotel. The staff were so accommodating. It is a very basic hotel and you get what you pay for but it was very clean. Needs updating but then the prices would go up.

Shower attachment was broken so we had to hold the shower by hand. WiFi was very slow.

Really good location. And great value for money. It was clean and cleaning lady was nice.

Organisation of the bathroom was really weird. Its hard to use the toilet because the doors are opening to the inside of a small bathroom.

Friendly hotel a stones throw from the harbour. Simple in style but super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The location: Located within walking distance from both the domestic and international port as well as some really good food places (the gyros place nearby is exceptional)
