The location and overall condition were perfect. The staff members were very kind and helpful. Everything was what I expected.

Really correct hotel in the middle of Kos. You can easy find this hotel, you don't have to use your smartphone and GPS to find it. The hotel is located higher than the main street, you just have to find the blue logo on the roof of the hotel, and you can find the route. I didn't use GPS, i arrived with the ferry and I have already seen the building from the ferry. The staff was really correct and helpful. Interesting fact: There are room card, and card reader on the door, but the if you would like to open the room, you have to use keys. I asked sea view room, and I was satisfied with the result. The view was correct. The room was very spacious, and really correct. I didn't tried the breakfast due to lack of time.

Nothing, but: At first sight, the elevator is a little bit small and looks weird, but after the first use it is correct, you don't have to fear from it.

Location is the best you can get. Amazing staff!!! especially Laura, who was in charge of breakfast. She always knows exactly what each customer prefers and can speak 5-6 languages (english, italian, french, german, spanish, turkish). We had a room with the view to the port. For example i loved the spanakopita at breakfast and she always saved some for me. We had a room overlooking the port where you could see the sunrise, the ships and the coast of Turkey in the distance. Extraordinary! The room was large, with balcony and very clean. Also there are parking places for the hotel, so no worry about parking the car. We enjoyed every moment spent in this hotel

Excellent accommodation, idealfor us - not too far to walkfrom theport andslightly away from the busiest parts of town. Large, well thought out room, great shower, beds were the comfiest of our trip. Price to quality ratio is brilliant, have already booked for our return journey next year. Definately comfortable enough for more than our one night stay - didn't use the plunge pool, but it would be bliss in really hot weather! Fly screen on patio door meant that wecouldhave frwsh air at night - very little street noise (we had an inland view which suited us).

Prepare yourself for the brightly lit exterior when you return at night! It's LED generated so low level once you are on your balcony or in your room, so not a problem - I'm light sensitive but had a really good night's sleep.

We enjoyed everything as usual in this hotel we gave stayed multiple times over the years all staff wer brilliant cleaning lady and reception staff all great

Only one thing, a young man on reception one morning didn't get his name ,(glases) prob mid 20s, , my wife asked for fresh beach towels and the way he reacted was not giid he said we can't change every day and we would get them away, not good customer service as we weren't asking for a change every day, was the first time we asked but he changed the towels anyway, just not very pleasant, felt like giving him the towels back and going buy 2 towels b apart from him all other staff were realy good as usual will definitely return

Great central location, really good value for money and a clean room - easy to explore Kos Town from staying here.

No storage at the front desk for bags after checkout. There was a room that can be used for bag storage but is open to everyone, which also had some basic luggage lockers (requiring a 2 euro coin) - these didn't seem particularly secure and it would be nice for reception staff to also be aware of bags, but the lockers did work ok.

A landmark hotel near port and to all the most important sights of Kos town. Reception 24hrs. Spacious room with balcony overlooking the port. Useful kitchen corner altought with little supplies.

AC is noisy and should be tuned. Pool is very little (as expected) and -in case- mostly useful for children. Bathroom is relatively small but clean and modern.

At the time of my visit, not all facilities were open, the pool and sauna were closed until 1/5 when the season starts. There was a mix up with the room, which was not rectified on first attempt but a suitable alternative room was found without delay. The management voluntarily admitted the mix up fell short of their usual standards and provided a complimentary bottle of wine by way of apology. I was entirely satisfied with my accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend the Alexandra. It is when things go wrong that the attitude of the proprietor(s) and their staff can be properly appreciated. The Alexandra Team are first rate! Plus, the breakfasts are good!

The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything necessary during our holiday, including beaches. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were lucky to have a balcony facing the port. I appreciated that they left an iron and ironing board in the room as I had previously mentioned in a message to the hotel a few weeks before our stay. The lady welcoming us at breakfast was extremely friendly and kind. A taxi to the airport was booked for us on our last day by the hotel, no trouble. Overall a great stay!

The toilet brush could definitely do with replacing, it was quite disgusting. The bathroom in general seemed much older than the rest of the room. On our first night, I mentioned that the balcony door didn't lock and I was told that a technician would fix it the next day. It was never fixed. There was a lot of dust under the bed.

Very convenient & central location; easy to walk to harbour and old town. Didn't find it noisy - given how close to everything it was. Taxi driver they called to take me to airport was lovely!

They didn't tell me that I could have checked out at 6pm the night of my flight to avoid paying an extra full night's room fee. Also if you don't request a seaview at time of booking, they won't give you one
