I loved this elegant boutique hotel. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. After a four-day stay, I felt like I was leaving my family. The location was perfect. It was on a pedestrian-only street and my family room with a balcony faced the side alley, so hanging out on the balcony during siesta time was quiet and relaxing. The hotel is also not upstairs or on steep roads like so many of them are, so it was super easy to roll my luggage to the hotel on the smooth tiled streets that lead up to it. Being in the center of the old town meant I could shop and easily just walk back to my room, drop things off, and head back out. The hotel is so much nicer in person than the pictures and the room was comfy with lots of room. Beds in Europe are normally extra firm, but this room had a nice cushy, comfy mattress. Even without the awesome private AC, my room was cool on a hot day and perfect for taking a nap in the afternoon to get out of the heat. 8-11am breakfast time was perfect for my late-rising habits. Having freshly squeezed orange juice and a cappuccino were a great start to my day. I will be back here again.

I would have liked some shelves or drawers to unpack my luggage into. There was a large armoire, but no shelves or drawers to use. I had to just keep things in my luggage and use that as a dresser. There is no lift, but that is reflected in the price. The staff helped me get my luggage up the steep flight of steps from the lobby to the room.

Small bathroom, I wouldn’t call the hotel luxury, the title is a bit misleading Nice selection at the buffet breakfast, however, I wish the fruit was fresh and the quality of some items was better. For the price, I’d expect more Also, I wish the staff was more careful with restaurant recommendations, they suggested a tavern the first night where we had terrible food, so bad that we both had stomachache till the next day When another staff asked us where we went for dinner the day after and we told them they also said it’s a terrible place

Had a delightful stay in this very well run hotel. Maria was very efficient at reception and always offered advice when requested. She was also available from early morning till evening. The hard working and friendly staff kept rooms spotlessly clean and assisted with breakfast. Now the breakfast. That was a meal that set you up for the day. A huge variety of foods, including fresh orange juice and even cakes (lots of them) served on a private terrace. A good way to meet other guests. The location is in the heart of the old town, a short stroll to the bus drop off/pick up location. Rooms are spacious and well laid out with a fridge in each room. Thanks to Maria and the staff for helping to make our stay in Nafplio a very enjoyable experience. We would love to come back to 999 if we return to Nafplio.

Absolutely lovely, a gem of a find. Pretty, spotless and perfectly placed in a cobbled street. We loved the little touches - extra pillows, balcony and a hanging rail to dry swimming togs and towels. The staff are lovely - friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, but be aware breakfast can be a scrum and make sure you park your car in the port car park first - you really can't drive to the hotel and it's a very short walk.

I loved this place! As a pregnant woman, I’m very sensitive to smells, I loved this parfume as I walked inside. Very beautiful, with nice colours, lovely and friendly stuff, the breakfast buffet was very delicious and the variation was pleasant. The design itself is like you are in a dream with soft, calm colours in the heart of the old town of Nafplion, you won’t regret if you stay there!

I’m focused mostly on the positive things and that’s why I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. if only I could have a room with a balcony, but everything was already occupied and that’s why it isn’t their fault. Maybe next time!

Everything really! The location was perfect if you want to stay in and sit at the balcony and watch all the visitors walk by. Rooms were spotless clean and the mattress was 10/10. All the staff were very friendly and super welcoming. We really enjoyed all the interactions. Breakfast buffet was excellent too. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing we didn’t like (but we’re not dropping any points) was that there were no blackout curtains/rollers to make the room pitch black at night. As soon as the sun came up the room was a bit bright.

I made an error on our booking, only requesting for 2 adults instead of our family of 4. Maria and the staff at the hotel immediately made the room more comfortable for our stay and were incredibly warm and welcoming to us. The breakfast was fantastic, excellent quality and variety. The hotel is spotless, quiet and extremely comfortable. We will return for sure!

Everything was perfect and clean. Breakfast was exceptional. The location was really good and close to mostly everything. The hotel was really cute and the staff really helpful and friendly. The room was bigger then expected and had a really good view and the bathroom was clean also had an small refrigerator which was helpful. Everything was just like the photos!

Everything was perfect. Building is in the heart of old town, our room was charmy decorated and furnished. Great breakfast offering fresh orange juice. Smiley and hospital staff, thanks Maria! We will be happy to come again

Maybe some additional electric socket near bed would be helpful, or at least an extention
