Our ferry was very late, requiring special instructions. We were very stressed, but reception was so kind and clear over the phone and via email. She even went up early with our room key to start the AC. Because we were so late, she offered us a later checkout. The triple room was exactly what we needed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious!

I think it was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had!

I would recommend that the breakfast be served on the ground floor... there is more room vs. the mezzanine level. Furthermore, this would create more happening at the hotel and could lead to serving walk-in customers and thus maximising sales!! Good position. Breakfast looked very nice but I couldn't have any as I was in Patra for hospital appointment. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Allowed us to leave luggage at hotel as we did not know how long I would be at hospital.

I personally don't like wet rooms. I much prefer a proper shower cubicle. That was the only complaint I had against the hotel.

I choose Castello City hotel each time I visit Patras. It's a warm, welcoming hotel, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. The staff are always really friendly, helpful and make you feel at home. Breakfast is perfect with a great choice and the cook is always on hand if you want something extra. Will always recommend the hotel.

Amazing hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful. The most comfortable beds we’ve had on our 6 week stay. Excellent breakfast spread. And an amazing price. They were even good at communicating with us and helping when our ferry docked very very late. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The location was wonderful and an easy walk to St.Andrew’s. The cleanliness was very good. The reception staff were kind, informative and gave helpful tips. The free parking was a major plus and easy access to come and go as needed.

the breakfast was exceptional. the location is great. the hotel is new/modern with fantastic rooms. highly recommend. the lady at reception gives good recommendations for places to eat, drink and even a suggestion to visit Nicholas steps (198) for watching sunset (dont miss this). theres reserved moto-bike parking on street at the front. did i mention the great breakfast. .

I have stayed in Patras many times, this is the first time at Castello City Hotel. The hotel is spotless, staff are friendly and helpful, the room was on the top floor with a large balcony, ideal for watching the world go by. The room had excellent facilities and again it was spotlessly clean. I was impressed with the hotel, the room and the service, breakfast was great and the location is ideal. I will definitely be staying at the hotel again.

The Castello City Hotel is a very clean, comfortable and modern hotel conveniently located in the centre of Patra. It is just a short walk to many of the cafes, bars and restaurants of central Patra. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast the following morning was very good indeed.

Where to start with ! From the excellent, extremely helpful and professional staff? The super new, modern, comfy, clean and uniquely designed areas? The fantastic room with all amenities? Super bathroom. Everything was perfect. We will use this hotel as reference measure for our future stays in the center of cities. Very good breakfast.
