Reception staff:Excellent! Went beyond expectations! Truely lovely and caring, and that from every staff member.

Restaurant staff exact opposite. We were not served in a timely manner, had to ask how the breakfast menu works... You can order anything-but they don't tell you that. Had to get out of my chair and go to the bar to ask for another coffee, never did anyone ask us if we would like another. Bar drinks unacceptable. Bathroom great but missing hooks for towels and robes and no tissues! Otherwise a great room with a welcome drink!

We liked every part of our stay. The staff were amazing, engaging in nice conversations and available and helpful in every way. We had lunch dinner and breakfast and the food exceeded my expectations I would even say it was exceptional both in presentation and taste. I would love to go back just for the food, but also the hotel was so attractive that I'd go back anytime. Thank you to each of the staff members who also made the stay even more worth it.

We can't say enough good things about the hotel, this was our second stay within a month, this is a very special place, like an oasis. Everything about it is exceptional, the staff, the food, the rooms. Every single staff member we encountered from the reception to the restaurant staff and the cleaning crew where very attentive and engaging making all our needs met I would go back in a heartbeat.

This is a renovated building, an amazing 19th century mansion. The design is decent, it has kept its character with minimal modern touches. We enjoyed our short stay and will definitely go back. The staff was really friendly and helpful. As we visited on a winter Sunday, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. We were able to park our car in designated spots right outside the hotel (also offering a charging station for electric cars). Complimentary breakfast included many options, mainly various dishes based on eggs, but also others you could order from the menu (definitely value-for-money, as quality was excellent and what we had could easily exceed 20 euros/person at a local cafe).

The area where the fridge, coffee station and desk was was a bit small for two people, but this is something that is expected in such old buildings where a convenient hotel room layout is not easy to achieve. Also, the lighting in the bathroom could be improved, but that's just a small detail.

I recommend you just stay here and don’t bother looking elsewhere. The hotel is in beautiful old mansion and is stylish, comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, the staff are delightful, it is in the old town which is lovely and has great views over the city and beyond, but still walking distance or a cheap taxi ride to the port/ car rental places. It is very affordable for the standard of the hotel.

we’ve stayed here before and we’re impressed, so came back for another experience. The hotel is beautifully styled, a nice welcome drink, comfortable room and fantastic breakfast service in the hotel garden

one of the main reasons for us to stay again was to dine at the Bold Type that evening for a family celebration. after checking in, we learned that it was ‘movie night’ and we couldn’t eat as planned. we were offered the choice of eating at the side tables with the movie playing behind us which didn’t feel a great option so we went elsewhere for food. It’s a shame we weren’t made aware of this when booking, the manager said it was mentioned on their website but we couldn’t see it when we checked. Despite being a guest at the hotel we didn’t feel like a priority. So if you plan to eat there during your stay, be aware of Monday Movies!

I stayed in Patras because I arrived on the ferry several hours late and didn't want to go on to my planned destination at that point. I had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant as well as a great breakfast. Whether you stay there or not, the restaurant is amazing. It's one of those places where you can have creative, delicious meals at better than reasonable prices because it's in a town not known for its cuisine. And the hotel is great as well. The staff took wonderful care of me.

Our room was a beautiful combination of modern interior and classic architecture. We had a nice view and could see the ruins. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with vegan options. In general very friendly and helpful staff. Elevator available, with a roof top view on the last floor. Parking infront possible.

With all the charm, it's an old building - we could hear very clear the people in the hall and all the sounds of our neighbours. The staff at the check in, though they were friendly and really tried their best, seemed nervous and unorganized (messy check in process, the preordered birthday cake was forgotten, wrong dinner reservation).

We stayed here 1 night and we were so impressed with this beautiful boutique hotel. The care and attention to detail are wonderful. The staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient and go out of their way to help. Such a beautiful space! Keep up the good work to everyone working there. Highly recommend!

The beautiful building, lovely balcony, comfortable beds and a well stocked extra large bathroom with a rain shower head. Walking distance to shops, castle.

Smoking in all the outdoor areas. There needs to be areas for non smokers to eat without smokers around them. Plus areas for only non smokers.
