The hotel is close to the seafront and is a 25 minute walk from the Roman Odeon and another 10 minutes to Patras Castle so is well located. It is next to a busy street but my 4th floor room was surprisingly quiet. The room was bright. clean and well furnished and had a small balcony with table and two chairs so it was pleasant to be able to sit outside. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a good selection.

According to the description "Free public parking is possible at a location nearby". However it is a busy shopping area and roads are congested so it may take a while to find a parking spot. I was lucky enough to be able to park almost opposite the hotel and the receptionist helpfully advised me not to move my car as it would be very difficult to find another place.

I arrived early, and was given my room key immediately. There is a lift, which I was glad for as I was on the 6th floor. My room had a tiny balcony, and looked out over the street. The staff were all very polite and efficient. The hotel did not appear to be busy, but it's in a great location, very near the port, and within easy walking distance of the centre, and the castle. The breakfast was adequate; I would have liked to see alternative milk (such as oat or soya) on offer. It was all fresh however, and there was a reasonable variety for all tastes.

There was no extra bedding in the room, and the beds just had a sheet and a very thin cover on. I had to use the covers from both beds in order to be warm enough at night.

The receptionists are very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the city, close to the restaurants, St Andrew Cathedral and the Lighthouse. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed, as well. Parking is available in a 2 min walk from the hotel (free public parking inside the port area).

There are no vegetables and no fruits for breakfast. Greece is the country of oranges. It is surprising there were none available for the customers. There is limescale on the shower cabin. In our room, at least. The bathroom is clean, the tiles are ok, but the limescale may leaves a wrong impression. With some cleaning solutions, it could look better.

Great location with free parking nearby. Friendly staff. Pleasant reception and breakfast area . Good showers with plenty of hot water. Staff were responsive and provided extra pillows when we requested them

Dated rooms that need an upgrade. The bedding was clean, but it was old and faded and looked unattractive. Only one cup in a double room for two visitors, one teabag no coffee and the floor had not been swept . Cleaning needs more attention to detail.

Very warm and welcoming staff who obviously care about providing a great guest experience. Good breakfast that included fresh fruit. Well located - very close to numerous restaurants, cafes, and handy to the port for catching the ferry to Kefalonia/Ithaca.

Sleep disturbance from noise of neighbouring rooms' doors slamming hard repeatedly late at night. Sound insulation of rooms not great.

Friendly staff, perfect location. Several private parking lots, but you need some luck to park. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed, fridge, kattle, air conditioner, and a balcony. All facilities are in good condition. Excellent and stable wifi. Cleaning and towels changing was every day. We liked our stay in the hotel

The breakfast was poor.

Nice and helpful staff. Room was big. Breakfast was good. Location was very good. Parking was difficult at the port but probably because it was Sunday so spaces were very limited and in high demand. Good value for the price paid.

Fridge was very old and didn't really keep anything cold. Likewise air conditioning unit was OK but didn't work brilliantly.

Clean room with AC. Great shower. Wifi worked well in the room too. Staff were all nice and friendly. Always appreciate 24/7 reception too. Location is convenient for town and ferries. Good price for standard and location.

Would have liked a real blanket for the bed. The breakfast didn't do much for me, but I am veggie and a little bit picky so I am sure it is more appreciated by others :)

The location is excellent, near the ferry and bus terminals. Only a short walk to the main restaurant district. The room was clean and neat with good A/C. Continental breakfast was included. The staff are friendly. For a 2 star hotel it is excellent value, and I would recommend it.

The bed was a little hard, but still okay.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. Provided good tips on where to eat and shop. The breakfast was good as was the location, very close to all the main thoroughfare of Patra.

The bed was not very comfortable initially but this issue was quickly rectified by the staff. The walls are very thin and you could hear a lot of the conversations outside the corridors.
