This was perfectly located in the old town with a wonderful view over the sea and beach! We order double room with balcony but we get trippel room with terrace instead and that was much better!! Order that! Very spacious with table and nice decorated outside the room and we could open and close the big windows after the weather. That gave us an extra room! And perfect to eat food or play games. Aircondition. Free water and coffee/tea. Refrigerator. The price was low for all this! And when we leave we got a nice gift, that have I never got before!! Free carparking close to the fortress, only few minutes to the hotel. Nice personal.

A bit old and the bathroom was small, but very clean. So no problem.

Perfect location, the rooms were well-equipped and it looked as if they were renovated not long ago, the host was super friendly and welcoming, and lastly the views from the balcony - we had a view on the harbour and it was amazing

it was a little bit loud at nights because of the restaurants right below the windows but the location was worth it 🙂

the position was fabulous right in the middle of the action meters from the beach and the lighthouse shops and restaurants bars and a taxi stand, tha full sea and harbour view from the balcony pleasant to sit and watch the passing parade yet quiet at night the lady at the desk Nicoletta, even washed my clothes! i have mobility problems and there was a step up into bathroom woudn't be a problem for anyone else the place is wonderful and inexpensive.

The hotel is in a perfect position, near a really good fish restaurant, the old town, beaches, shops and other restaurants. We had booked a standard room, which is tiny, but on the second day we could move to a sea-view room for 20 euros extra, totally worth it! The room was bigger and the view amazing.

The bathrooms are really tiny but I think is a common problem on the island.

Hotel with standard rooms at a reasonable level of comfort and cleanliness. However, all of that was overshadowed by the fantastic view from the window and the incredibly convenient location that offered the best vantage point of the entire city. Staying here was definitely worth it. We enjoyed our time there, and from the balcony overlooking the square, we even got to catch glimpses of street performers and musicians occasionally putting on shows.

The staff were absolutely lovely - made us feel so special as we were there for our recent anniversary and recently engaged. We had a room with a lovely balcony that overlooked the light house. Comfy bed, good shower, great location! Centre of town and parking 2 min walk away. Can be noisey outside, but the double glazing is brilliant so you barely hear a thing!

On the small side, but fine for a few nights, and is advertised that way so to be expected for the price

The staff were friendly and welcoming. I liked the location. Close to all amenities. Bus station 10 minutes walk. Restaurants at your doorstep and continued down the main street. Something for everyone. Beach 5 to 10mins...depending on where you want to swim and what you want (Beach is 12km). Shopping near by.

I found the bathroom in my room small. The toilet was too close to the wall and shower, but clean.

Liked everything! The staff were super friendly and also accommodated a early check in request. The rooms were very clean (I'm very fussy so was super happy to see the level of clean) and had cute small touches like a sweet on each of our pillows, extra coffee and some snacks. View from the patio area outside our room was really nice. This was private and just stunning to look at. Also, the area was really nice as it was close tot the light house, old town area which has lots of shops, restaurants, etc etc Cannot recommend this place enough, met nd exceeded my expectations ☺️

The best view in Rethymno, close to the fortress and the old Town, only a few meters away from parking and a bus stop. Great location for shopping and exploring the city. Well equipped with everything we needed including open closet, balcony, fridge and tea/coffee maker. Good quality for money!

The bathroom is really tiny. lt is above restaurants and can be noisy if you sleep with the window open

The location was fantastic and right in the heart of the old town with restaurants everywhere. It was spacious and the view, from our terrace, was right across the front of the town and absolutely stunning. Staff were very friendly and polite. We were also given a lovely gift when we booked out.
