As it would be our first time in Crete and especially in Rethymno our friends proposed to us the Ink Hotels, which are conveniently located in the Old Town of Rethymno! From the first sight, you were able to receive the vibe of coziness and also the warm welcome received from the very friendly staff! Our room was an exception-spacious apartment with a unique decoration! Furthermore, the room was very clean and the housekeeping ladies were so well behaved!! Moreover, as per the guys in the reception from the first minute till the end of our stay were so helpful and shared with us so many recommendations, which helped us to explore and discover the hidden gems of the city! With no doubt, we cherished our stay so much and we can't wait to come back again !

We really loved the hotel room and very friendly staff. There very many items like sopa, shower gel, soaps, water, tea etc. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and nice. We could leave our leave at the reception desk for many hours after check out. We really recommend it! It is close to everything and old town.

It was a bit loud cause there are bars and clubs just downstairs. But in the room there were earplugs so it was great:)

Perfeckt location, sea in the front, in the corner lively alleys, shops, restaurants, cafes. very clean room. above all, very polite, supportive staff, beyond expectations. we had a problem with organizing the tours and just informed the reception about the change, Eva at the reception offered us help and reorganized our stay in the best possible way. Thank you Eva. and it was not just a coincidence, all the staff we communicated with were supportive. I'm sorry I did not learn the name of the guy who was there for every request, too, to thank him personally.

Cozy small hotel in a beautifully renovated building. Loved the courtyards :) Even in the very old town, it was quiet at night and we had a good rest. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Shower space and the space where the toilet is setup was very narrow. It is satisfactory for small to medium sized person. However, larger or wide shouldered people would find it uncomfortable.

Our favorite hotel so far. Best location, spacious and had everything we needed and more. Finally had a good night sleep on a comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast and staff. Absolutely perfect! Loved how rooms were separated and bathroom from shower, a couch, patio. Had it all. Kids had room to play and everyone was so happy. Location was in the heart of the city walking. 10 out of 10 Sad to leave

We had an amazing time staying here! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean with daily maid service including new towels. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Crete and could not recommend it enough! Thanks for contributing to an amazing trip :)

is the second time staying at this hotel The 1st time was in the seaview room . My experience was very good: waking up in the morning and looking at the sea and the old castle . these are excellent located in the center and little fuss is acceptable due to the location This time I chose a room inside with a balloon where I enjoyed my stay The room is larger has a balcony overlooking the garden is quiet as it is not affected by outside sounds breakfast is wonderful and much more than other hotels of the same price the staff very friendly and helpful

This is a wonderful hotel in the best part of old town. The staff are beyond amazing, the room was nice and we had a lovely second floor room overlooking the harbour with a sweet balcony. We truly enjoyed our entire stay and can't say enough good things about of time here. Thank you to the exceptional ink hotel staff!!

We liked it all!!

I was impressed by the location of the hotel and the courtesy of the staff A bottle of wine was waiting for us in the room, which was the best after a day of travel the room I had booked was internal with a balcony, comfortable to enjoy your coffee or your tea or the wine they offer you breakfast has everything you need to start your day, I liked the juice, and a pie they have in Crete the mattress is very good, and our sleep was restful after a tiring day

We had a really nice stay at the ink hotels , the location is perfect cause the hotel is in the heart of the old town of Rethymno , the staff is very polite and ready to help! The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable! For sure we will be back!
