An excellent stay in the center of Thessaloniki. From the welcome to the check-out the experience was unique. The staff is polite and always willing to serve you, the premises are spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is impeccable. In the basement there is a spa area, with sauna and hydromassage free of charge for guests. We will be back for sure.

Small hotel in a quiet neighborhood, very nicely decorated lobby and breakfast area, good bedding.

Nothing really, all was perfect for us.

The bed and the pillows were extremely comfy. The bed was extra large so there was plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing sleep. Although the hotel is situation in a vibrant area, the windows and blinds do their trick. Ioanna(I hope I'm not mistaken) from the restaurant was a pleasure to talk to. She was so nice and genuine. Actually the entire staff was very nice and looking to meet our needs, but she stood out 😊. They served really good coffee. I appreciated also the cleanliness of the hotel.

I gave a lower score to the location but that is from our personal and of course, subjective, point of view. We travelled by car, the streets nearby are very narrow and jammed. We knew from the very beginning that the hotel did not offer parking so it was no surprise. However, we did not expect the crazy traffic and jammed streets. And I am mentioning this because for us it was a deal breaker. But worth mentioning is that the hotel had some space available right in front of it where one could temporarily park the car and unload the luggage. And they also recommended a paid parking lot which was 2-3 min away from the hotel.

The hotel and the rooms are very clean, stunning and spacious. The facilities are great. The room, beds and facilities are so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave the room or the hotel. It is located in the center. The staff are ever willing to help beyond any service, i have ever experienced. They are unbelievable kind and generous with their time. Even before I arrived they were accommodating to my flight changes and offering to order a taxi. The staff do everything to ensue that their guest feel taken care of from the moment they enter and even when checked-out. I have stayed at different hotels and this was far better than any 5 star hotel, I have stayed at. It was an amazing stay. As a very picky and germophobic person, I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee (taf). Beds by Cocomat were extremely comfortable, and it’s good to see a hotel finally understand pillows: they provide one soft pillow and one with more support, for each person. Staff were all very kind and attentive, and you had the feeling you were dealing with real people who really care, not just anonymous corporate personnel.

The air-conditioning was a bit tricky to use and didn’t have a remote control. Air pumped into the room from the (very chilly) corridors was quite noisy and could only be turned off by staff (who were very helpful and patient).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elisabeth Boutique Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel's attention to detail and exceptional service stood out. The complimentary coffee during breakfast, whether it was a perfectly brewed espresso or a frothy cappuccino, was a delightful touch. The facilities were fantastic, the room was very well airconditioned, with beautifully decorated rooms and impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. The well-trained staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, making me feel like a valued guest. The spa area was a true sanctuary of relaxation, and the convenient location provided easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, my stay at Elisabeth Boutique Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience. I have stayed in many city hotels before and this one has a special place in my heart, even if I stayed for a short period. I will return for more for sure.

Hospitality, kind, ready to help at any time, friendly, just totally great hotel stuff. If you have any special needs (we've ordered a birthday cake and birthday surprise at midnight), there's nothing that they cannot do. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience. Also Hotel facility is very nice, clean, modern. Towels are changed on daily basis, room and toilet, hotel in general are really clean. There is breakfast option in the restaurant, massage at the spa area. Location is also great, it's nearby the most important sights of the city. Really nice hotel, I would definitely recommend it.

The first room we were given, room 102, was small with an unpleasant damp smell but the worst aspect was the noise from a pop-up all-night party venue across the road. We wondered if the room was assigned because the reservation was made through Booking.com. It was an unacceptable room but thanks to the staff for making amends.

A very well situated , newly renovated modern hotel, with a boutique touch. We had rooms 203 and 403, big ones with bath. What was exceptionally good, was the attention and helpfulness of every member of the staff, with their recommendation help, in all of the requested areas (museums, tours, restaurants, etc.). When we experienced a plumbing problem (clogging of the sink in the bathroom), they promptly changed the room and offered a complimentary dinner at the restaurant.

Excellent hotel. New. close to all attractions, Maximum 10 minutes walk. The hotel staff is excellent, especially the girls at the reception. They went above and beyond for us to enjoy our stay at the hotel. The breakfast is very poor and simple, continental.

Everything was excellent, except for the rather routine and boring breakfast. Continental poor.
