Our room was very clean and the housekeeping was doing an amazing job during our stay. The room itself was very comfortable, with a magnificent top-floor view over Thessaloniki. The hotel has a perfect location - just 10 minute walk from the waterfront. There are a lot of different shops and restaurants nearby, so you will have always somewhere great to go. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. they will happily answer any questions you might have about the city. Breakfasts were very tasty as well, and although there wasn't much choice they have all the necessary basics covered. Be sure to try the yoghurt they serve, it is really something!

Very good location, everything you need is on walking distance. The room was clean, smelling nice and met my expectations, the staff was helpful and diligent.

Make sure that you find yourself a cheaper parking upfront, otherwise you will pay 12 EUR a day in the garage they advise.

The staff was very helpful and kind, answered all our questions as they could and always had a smile for our baby. The hotel room was always clean and served its purpose. The location was perfect, close to everything. The small balcony was useful for us too. They gave a bed for our baby boy free of charge. Overall very good value for money I think.

They ran out of the breakfast materials very quickly and even though we always got there in time (at least one hour before the end of breakfast time), we often missed many parts of the meal (croissants especially and sometimes even basics like cheese and ham). This was a bit disappointing, but other than that satisfied with the hotel. The size of the lift is a bit too small but cute and works ok.

This Hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops in walking distance likewise a lot of the attractions are in walking distance. The Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and clean and the air condition was exceptional. downsides imo were that the bed is very low, the other is that the shower/toilet is tiny. Breakfast is simple, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, croissants, breads, spreads, cereals, yoghurt, tea, coffee, fruit juice drinks. Would have liked to have the option of tomato's or other fruits.

The Hotel website & on Booking.com, claims to have a Bar. This is not the case, which is disappointing when you would like to sit & relax rather than going to your room. Despite this I would stay again.

Good location, decent breakfast, nice staff

Should you arrive late in the day, and unless you specify your preference for a quiet night sleep, you might suffer from sleep deprivation as a result of the metropolitan party atmosphere. Luckily, in the morning, we were able to change the "Room with a View" to one facing the back of the hotel where the sight of people working hard in a sweatshop was almost a relief🤐 Truth is that what you pay for is what you get, 💯%

The location is very good, in the center of the city, close to the sea promenade (few minutes to work), shopping streets, close to the point from where excursions starts (7 min to work), room was clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, quality-price was reasonable.

It was noisy from the street, but when I closed the balcony door, it was not noisy and fine to sleep.

Almost perfect vacation. Budget friendly, clean, good breakfast, room with a view, ideal for a nice cheap room in the town's center.

The bathroom was really small and the door was hard to close/open, it would be better if they could reverse the direction, making it open in the room. Egnatia is the most crowded in the city, so the noise can be a bit hard to tolerate for light sleepers.

It was amazing, worth every cent! The staff was amazing, everything we asked was possible, they were always extremelly kind. It was super clean, everything was very professional, it wasn't loud, we had everything we had.

I don't know what to say. It is a two star hotel, so I am aware that everything that we might not like has to do with that. But I don't know what to say I didn't like. The lift was very small, that's it.

The location is great, within walking distance to most attractions, port, there are lots of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Bus 01X going to/from the airport stops right next to the hotel. Train station is 10 mins walk away. There is also a nice view over the city from the top floor’s terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed there on our way to Sporades Islands and decided to stay again on our way back. I recommend it mostly for short stays, for longer it might be a bit to tight.

The breakfast is very simple. The bathroom is tiny, shower has a curtain that sticks to your body while you shower and it’s hard not to get water all over the room.

Little but nice breakfast, nice staff, clean room, helpful receptionist (worth to ask for public transport tips). All in all, correct accomodation for this price.

It was a bit far from the beach but we got the tip to use the ferry. So we even had a boat journey which was a real pleasure.
