We enjoyed the ambiance of the whole place with all the flowers and beautiful decorations. Personel was super friendly and accomodating! The owners were very helpful with our luggage!!! Very friendly ! We had a great time!

We had some problems finding the place with our phone gps and the surrounding street/path was very narrow even though there is a big sign.

We booked 3 rooms. We were welcomed very friendly. The rooms are a bit small but the staff is so friendly and the service is great. When we were at breakfast our rooms were tidied up which we did not expect. The open buffet breakfast was full of options. You can enjoy your breakfast in the yard or inside. The mother cat and its kittens were welcomed which I appreciated very much. The beach is a few steps away. You have a lot of options of cafes and restaurants nearby. Even if the car park of the hotel is full a bigger one is adjacent. Thanks to Silvia I felt like I was visiting my family. After checkout while we were waiting for our friend, she asked whether we would like to have coffee. She was very friendly and so kind. When we asked about our next destination, she asked the locals to get further information.

The bathroom is pretty much small. Although there was a bunch of shower gel, conditioner and many other things provided there was no soap. For wet towels I wished towel racks.

The hosts were amazing (thank you for everything!). They were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel was always clean, and the breakfast was good too! The area is nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The beach is really nice too, with fine sand and beautiful blue water. All in all, it was a great experience. Definitely recommend it!

The hotel is family run, steps from the beach and everyone was friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room as there was a larger double available. They recommended a fantastic seafood restaurant for lunch (Mimikos) we'd never have found ourselves. The air conditioning was efficient and very quiet. The magnificent breakfast buffet was groaning with homemade cakes, biscuits, jams and savouries of many kinds. A perfect stop on our epic drive from Wales to Crete.

The only thing we can think of that could be improved was that the shower curtain tended to be a bit clingy as the shower was smallish.

Great hotel with amazing hosts. We stayed 11 nights and the room was very clean, they changed our linens and towels everyday, even the shampoo and hair conditioner were restocked. Everything we asked about the city and the area, they explained in great detail. They also helped us with a trip to skiathos, with booking it. The area is quiet, mostly locals. To sum up, everything was great.

There are bees in the area but it can be managed, they mostly stay in flower areas.

The accomodation is beautiful. Hygiene and comfort are at very high level. The owners and staff employed at the hotel are wonderful: kinde, helpful, caring, spontaneous, smiling... Wishes did not even have to be expressed, thay guessed what was needed. Peace, quiet, pleasent atmosphere, feeling like we are visiting old friends. A warm recommendation to everyone who needs a real vacation, especially couples with small children. The beach is a few steps from the hotel, clean, fine sand, warm sea, shallow water as created for small children. Tre beautiful garden of the hotel is the shade to shelter from the midday heat, which allows adults to relax and children to play. Next year, we plan a longer stay (this year we were 10 days) and a join departure with our daughter and son-in-law who have a son who will be two years old next year. So, there is possibility of fun in this adorable place, 5 kilometers away from the city of Volos, as well as in Volos, and for young people. Also, there are cultural sights nearby that are must visit.

There's not a single thing I didn't like!

This is a wonderful family business and they make you feel at home. Wonderful people providing care and consideration to their guests. Also, it’s only about 20m to the beach and restaurant strip. Full of young families, many with three generations enjoying time together.

Lovely staying at the hotel. Stuff is very open and ready to help. Everything clean, and extra effort is included so that guests would feel great. Very clean. Few meters from the beach, and relaxed atmosphere is on each step. Really plesant stay.

Great little hotel with an excellent staff just a few steps from a beautiful sandy beach with lots of bars and restaurants and about 5 minutes drive to downtown Volos. Very clean and big room with a fridge and a coffee maker. Breakfast was great, lots of choices for everyone`s taste. Big free parking just outside the hotel gate
