Hotel Nikko Guam

The room was clean, a/c was cold, stocked with good toiletries, high speed wi-fi and a smart tv. fast elevator, not crowded. house keeping was very efficient. fountain cafe food was 10/10. huskee cups are greatly appreciated-made us happy and was a great addition to our stay. the lobby store had helpful service and was a great shopping experience. bellhop service was friendly and quick.

we were excited to attend the yoga class on Tuesday as advertised via Hotel Nikko app, but that morning we contacted front desk and we were told it’s on Mon. Wed. Fri. :( the pool and slide was enjoyable, but the quality of the pool water felt questionable.

I stayed in an ocean front suite and it is really spacious, the balcony is comfortable, the view is amazing and beautiful, so it is a great resort. The welcome drink in the fridge is well stocked, from beer and cocktails to soft drinks. The premier lounge also have a great selection of drinks and more food than I expected. The pool is beautiful and the staff are friendly. Gun beach in front of hotel is beatiful. One of the best resort hotel ever!

Bathroom is nice with separate tub and shower stall, but somewhat small and cramped.

Throughout our weekend stay, it was really the staff that made everything great!! From the Lobby guard to the Magellan staff, from housekeeping to the operator…everything was that much better because of the positive attitude and excellent service they gave us.

A few more breakfast choices with less meat would be awesome. Earlier time for pool opening. On the trail to the view deck and top of the waterslide there was so much trash everywhere and it was so ugly.

The lobby area is very nice and the bathrooms are as well. The layout of the room was also very desirable.

The room was a little messy (food found under the couch) and the carpet along with the room itself is very outdated. The TVs are very old and I feel the air conditioning is as well as it was very glitchy and inconsistent.

during big events. parking can be limited even with its extended parking across the street.. and the price for 2nights to me seems a bit much. $464.44 for 2nights but I do get it. this is a name brand hotel so I can see why

We really loved the atmosphere of the area, the pools and water slide was awesome it kept the kids having fun all day not to mention the open bar. The best part was the view of the ocean and pool! The facilities were very good they even have a little cafe shop and store in the lobby

The pool closes at 5pm whereas some other hotels the pools close at 8pm.

Location is good, having an adjacent beach was pretty nice.

Bathroom is not great, generally the facilities seem old and don’t feel very clean.

Beach is in front of the hotel pool and downtown is 10 minutes walk distance

Bellboy system is not working at midnight check-out

We loved the view. The pool was in a good location and the slide was a bonus. The beach access was excellent.

We didn’t like the two twin beds in our room, we would’ve preferred a king bed.
