The property was in such a great position, with everything just a short walk away. The room had recently been renovated. It was very comfortable. This is not a hotel so do not expect a reception desk, you are sent a code to access the key to your room. There is a lift to access upper floors and take your suitcases up. There was tea making facility in the room but no cutlery and only 2 cups. Hopefully the owner will remedy this. I would definitely book this place again

The entrance hall smells like a urinal, hopefully this will be remedied in the near future. Whilst there was a kettle and cups there was no cutlery, tea towel or other crockery. Sadly this made breakfast difficult.

The accommodation was in a fantastic area, you just walk a few meters and you're right in the inner city, filled with restaurants and bars, all in walking distance. Our room was facing the street but it was surprisingly very quiet because of the noise-protecting windows. Infront of the window was a large commercial see-through poster but because we were gone most of the time during the day, it didn't bother us too much. For guests that are staying in their room for longer durations I would recommend to get a larger suite or ask about the view specifically. Another huge was plus was the air conditioning, which was also super easy to use. Very important to us, the room was clean and hygienic as well as the bathroom. The check-in and check-out was also super easy and the host was super friendly and quickly avaibable. It was also nice to have another contact person in the lobby, for more direct questions about transportation for example. Overall, we had a really nice stay and enjoyed our time in Budapest!

Room cleaning was good, only after the second room cleaning, the floor and face towels were missing. Equipment: It would have been nice to have a few bigger cups and a small set of dishes in general.

i want to start by saying that it was an amazing trip and I would recommend anyone this location for a Budapest trip/city break. The location is perfect, extremely close to the main tourist attractions + bars & restaurants. The owner is super friendly and the self checkin/checkout worked great. The room was clean and newly furnished. Breakfast was good, enough variety and fresh food.

These are very minor dislikes: - the place does not have parking, you have to use the ciry parking lots which are not that expensive but just as a warning. -the rooms look a bit bigger in the pictures but still very good. -the coffee was a bit too weak for me, but that being said...i am an addict. Other than these,, everything was perfect!

First of all, the location was great. The room was very nice and quite clean. The host was so helpful and polite. When checking in, the key to our room was not where it was supposed to be and the host immediately replied and sent someone over to replace the lock and provide us with new keys within 10 minutes.

The only thing is that we would have liked to have a second towel per person. We requested that and they were a bit hesitant, either they didn’t have any extras or they forgot.

We had a fantastic stay! The host went above and beyond, reaching out before our trip with all the necessary details and checking in during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. The reception team was incredibly kind and always available to help. They even had a happy hour on Friday offering free drinks, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was spotless, and we could arrange cleaning whenever we needed, which was so convenient. The breakfast was offered from the cafe next to the apartments and it had everything. Using the codes to access the apartments was really easy, we never had a problem. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better—right by the metro and close to everything. Highly recommend!

Everything was fine and every problem that occurred was quickly resolved by the owner.

8 of us booked 3 rooms here for a friends hen weekend. The location is absolutely perfect! We barely needed to use taxis during our 3 night stay. The rooms are lovely, clean, stylish and comfortable. And a good size too. The property manager was easily contactable by WhatsApp and he sent through many recommendations which were helpful and appreciated. We were all really impressed with these rooms, especially for the reasonable price we paid!

Two of our three rooms were at the front of the building which could be quite loud as they face into the Main Street, but this is expected staying so central. In our room (room 14) we couldn’t locate a wall thermostat to turn the heating down so we did get hot sometimes, our room was adjoining with another room (the door between was locked) so I can only assume the thermostat was in the other room. There is air con in each room but ours didn’t seem to be working too well, although it is October so we cooled down by opening some windows.

Excellent location right at the M2 Astoria metro station and the 47/49 tram line (plus the airporr express bus line). Perfect if you are looking to explore the city with easy access to the main lines and attractions. Danube, Vaczi street, Budapest ferris wheel, chain bridge etc are all within walking distance but you can easily hop on the tram / metro / bus if you are with small children. The room was clean and modern with fridge and AC, lovely bathroom. (Don't let the old building and elevator fool you. As someone who lived in Budapest for years, it is completelt normal). The host was very helpful, prompt and professional. The instructions were easy to follow, detailed and clear. All in all, a great alternative to the more expensive hotels in the centre / Astoria and Deak area. I can only recommend it.

Absolutely everything, everything was more than excellent, the location at the first place near all popular attractions, the comfort and space, the staff, absolutely with joy mistake! I highly recommend tourists to book this apartment because there is no chance for mistake, you get very very good location in centre of the city and you feel very comfortable and safe during the stay!! Thanks a lot to our host who was available at any time and always ready to help if we needed anything, that was definitely the big thing when you are tourist, very easy check-in process, very easy to find and to use the location and the apartment!! Thanks a lot once more for the stay and for all benefits that we had during our stay!!!

Nothing to dislike and nothing to mark as downside!

the location is excellent. however it is not a hotel, it is an apartment building and within the building there is a floor that was converted to suites. so the entrance to the building is very old and shady, but as soon as you climb up to the suites they are all updated, clean and very pleasant

it should be mentioned that this is not a proper hotel, no concierge etc, especially the fact that the entrance/ lobby is a communal area to all the residents. one morning we saw a homeless person sleeping on the second floor as we were climbing downstairs.

- amazing location - very friendly host with great communication of recommendations and how to enter building - very clean and modern room - metro station directly outside with amazing fast transport links all over the city. - 10 minute walk to the "main" bit where the Budapest wheel etc. is. - Aldi 1 minute walk away

- towels only replaced with 1 when there was two guest - the main enterance / stairs were a bit grubby but one you were inside the studio enterance the room was very modern.
