The hotel was a nice surprise! Location is absolutely wonderful, staff very friendly, rooms and bathroom very clean. Breakfast well prepared with good choice of fresh salad, fruit, and all day coffee, tea, juices. Also pleasant to be able to open a window in the hotel room!!

The breakfast area is not extremely spacious, found out later that there is also a possibility to use the upper diner room. This was not mentioned at check in and might be a suggestion to mention.

- Shower is horrible, the floor is made our of plastic which “breathes” if you put your leg in one corner, the other gorner will go up. - Much smaller in reality - Windows are not very sound proof, noises from the street are loudly heard in the room.

Amazing hotel. You are greeted with two coupons for a complimentary drink in the hotel bar. The breakfast was exceptional, in addition to that, whatever is leftover they keep outside for guests if they want to snack throughout the day (great for hungry new arrivals as well as lowering food waste). The rooms are very comfortable, we personally had a view on the synagogue. Location is amazing, next to the famous synagogue and there are lots of nice bars and restaurants around. No hotel parking but there is a parking lot very close by with adequate prices, cca 25eur per day

About a year or two ago, they didn't allow you to take food out of the dining area, but this time, my cousin couldn't go for breakfast due to illness, and they let me take food for her. That's what made my stay pleasant. Also, I'm glad they've included waffles on the menu. I'd like to see pancakes soon. The female receptionists were pleasant. The male receptionist on duty on the night of Jan 3rd was good.

The fruit salad wasn't as good as before. I know this because I've stayed in this hotel many times. It was mostly pineapples that weren't sweet. The whole fruit bowl wasn't tasty. The pineapple juice on Jan 7th was over-diluted with water. It was like drinking water. It didn't taste like the previous days.

This hotel is in a brilliant location, we were able to walk and see the city. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was super clean. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and replenished often. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels replenished. Would highly recommend a stay here for a city break.

On our last day the shower in our room stopped working, when I reported this to reception, I was told that as it was Sunday nothing could be done as no maintenance people were on site. I had to prompt for an alternative option we could avail of . We were able to use the shower in the gym. We had a really excellent stay at the hotel but I thought this could have been managed better, no one from the hotel came to check if we were able to use the gym showers etc. and only I reminded the receptionist as I was leaving that the shower was broken I don't think it would have been mentioned again.

Nice and clean rooms. Great variety of breakfast. Very kind personnel. Located in the city center, which is very convenient. Overall, strongly recommended.

There was an issue with the counting of towels in our room. It is a trivial issue indeed, although we had to follow up three times in a week by talking to the reception, which was disturbing. It was neither incompetence nor on purpose, but it was lack of interest, which is irritating. For a couple, two big towels, two small towels and one for the bathroom floor after shower; nothing spectacular about it.

Great location, helpful staff, great atmosphere, little but great breakfast, 24/7 snack-drink-ice accesibility at the breakfast area. Free coctail voucher (great daiquiri, thanks guys!), free late check-out until 13.00.

-Too hot room(january). At arrival i turned it down, but because in the whole hotel its like 1000 degree, we could not cool down the room to 21-22 degree. It was cold outside, so you cant keep the window nonstop open. -you can hear the neighbour. We had a very drunk couple, we could hear word by word everything for over one hour until 1-2 pm. The receptionist tried his best though. -weak coffee at breakfast -soft bed -the room floor need some renovation

The hotel is well located, near the old town and other turistic points, the airport bus transfer and other city transports. The staff at the entrance was very polite and helpful. Everything looked clean in the room as well as in the public areas. The breakfast had great variety and the staff working there were extremely efficient topping up the food and cleaning the area, despite how busy it was.

The bathroom was at a very good temperature, but we couldn't make the heating in the room work (the heating system didn't seem to be working). It was not freezing but it wasn't a comfortable temperature. The pillows were too bulky and uncomfortable, too high. Overall, there was nothing really wrong about but it didn't feel like a 4* hotel

Everything was perfect here in hotel Memories. Very clean room (Deluxe Queen room) with everything you need. Clean and great bathroom, very comfortable bed and room with so many options of room lighting is something new definitely. Jacuzzi was awesome (not private but very enjoying and peaceful). Breakfast is 10/10! Club lounge, bar (thankful for welcome free drinks), reception, everyting is on high level. Cannot go without mentioning one person that told us everything we need to know, every information and all of that was said with a lot of charisma, Francesca! Of course all the other staff is awesome and very professional! For sure, will try to come back again to bring back all the great memories (: Greetings from Belgrade, Serbia!

Location is perfect, very good breakfast. wifi routr is not working very well sometimes. In general value for money and 2 times I stayed this hotel
