Apartment was spacious, very nice, everything was clean. A lot of options for breakfast, open 8-11, so no need to rush. Wellness open for a long period of time every day. Great location, a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around, close to the city centre, metro/bus stations also very close.

Wellness and fitness is used mainly by public, therefore the facilities are often crowded. There are other people swimming, swim lessons or aqua aerobic so there is not much space for swimming or walking by the pool because there are instructors on the side. There is no warm food for breakfast, sausages, eggs, pancakes are all cold, every day. But it’s not a reason why we wouldn’t come back.

The location and value for money were excellent. The cleaners did an amazing job at cleaning our room everyday.

The pool was packed with people who were not guests in the hotel. The pool was very nice however using the sauna and jacuzzi were near impossible as it was so crowded. This was disappointing as they were the main facilities we wanted to use during our stay. The hotel room carpets were very dirty.

The hotel & location central enough and i was happy with the rooms service as the towels and the Rooms was cleaned every day. The swimming pool Gym steam sauna Rooms were good enough as was the breakfast .

Staff was very friendly, Kitchen had all what you need to prepare meals. Nice to have some drinks at the fridge for a normal cost. Definitely love the Fitnessstudio and Jacuzzi, went everyday. Bed and pillows very comfy. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a great stay, thank you so much.

It would be nice to add a coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant. To have a good cappuccino :) I don't really have a bad comment to add. This comment is in general, I was surprised of the prices in Budapest after inflation, it is like being in Berlin. Yes you can find cheaper options but not like before.

I’m so happy we stayed here. My husband wanted the service and amenities of a hotel with breakfast and I wanted the comfort and size of an apartment. Bliss provides us both and in addition the spa - such a luxury to have the sauna, pool and gym at our fingertips. The gym is a commercial well equipped gym - so you also get a glimpse into the lives of local Hungarians, which is fun.

I missed more a bit more service and friendliness from the staff but I couldn’t tell if that’s just the Hungarian concept of service. Also I would have liked more soft and cosy lighting, and hooks to hang your clothes and towels, but that’s a preference.

The 2nd room they gave me was way better than the first one. shower is not goodie the first room especially for tall people. it is a good hotel but before checking in you have to tell them you want to check the room first. and the gym is great

The first they gave me was clean view was good, though two girls next door were partying too hard. I could not sleep well and there was a dog that kept barking all day and all night not to mention the room they gave me in the other building there was no elevator so I had walk up the stairs with my heavy bags. When I went the front desk the next day complaining the lady did not want to change the room. I still have the video of the rooms and the dog that kept barking

We stayed at the hotel for a week. Perfectly decent apartment of 55 square meters with kitchen The location was very good. Short distance to everything. Small shops on the corner, a short distance to Fashion Street, the city centre and the West End shopping centre. There were also many nice restaurants and bars nearby without us noticing much noise for that reason. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed help with. Big star to those. In particular, we would like to highlight Alexandra - she solved everything with a high level of service, professionalism and was a big smile the whole person. Great star to her and her companion. The cleanliness of our room was good. The staff was smiling and cheerful.

The hotel was somewhat worn, and strings refurbishment on some amenities. The swimming pool in particular was worn. It should also have been made clearer on Booking.com pages that the wellness department was open to everyone, not just hotel guests. We had breakfast included, it was somewhat limited. Perfectly fine for a day or two, but when you stay in a hotel for a week, you expect a more exciting and eventful breakfast Wifi didn't always work.

What truly stood out were the hotel's facilities – the spa and pool were the epitome of luxury and relaxation. After a rejuvenating spa session, taking a dip in the pool was the perfect way to unwind. Public transportation was conveniently close, making it a breeze to explore the city's attractions without the hassle of driving. Breakfast at Bliss Hotel was an absolute treat. Not only was the spread diverse and inviting, but the quality of the food was top-notch. The breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. In conclusion, my stay at Bliss Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious facilities, convenient location, and outstanding service made for an unforgettable experience.

Rooms/apartments were massive! Can't complain about anything inside the apartment, had good amenities and was fairly modern. Separate bath/shower. We comfortably fit 16 people in the apartment for pre-drinks!

Couldn't get to grips with the air conditioning so the room was hot all the time unless we opened the windows. A phone in the room would be very helpful so you can ring reception with any issues. If I had to be picky then more than 1 lift would be better. The breakfast could do with more options too considering it was 16 euro.

lovely staff, very professional and friendly on arrival , great facilities and the apartment was spot on . Clean , spacious and “ cool “ ( as it was very hot in budapest on this visit)

don’t be a in a hurry if your trying to get the lift , lol.. shouldn’t have been lazy and just used the stairs , ( the lifts work, just a little slow )
