Breakfast wasn't included and the option was expensive. Great location next to all major sites and nice restaurants all near the hotel. Good underground parking.
I wasn't too happy with the elavators. Constant key card issues experienced by not only myself, but other guests we spoke with as well. We wasted a lot of time trying to get the elavators to work. The lobby was out dated, not comfortable dor hanging out and way too small. The reception desk was shabby and the sign said 'Star Inn' which was very confusing. The reception girl wasn't too friendly and not too helpful.

Location is perfect, to main attractions 10-20 min by walking. It was clean and bed was comfortable.
The kettle is expected in the rooms. It was quite hot, we were sleeping with open window in January. Not sure if A/C was working fine.

We were upgraded to the next hotel because City Hotel was overbooked. However, it was also a great hotel. They were next to each other and walking to the city center was aproxx. 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and warm, the staff was kind, and check-in and check-out were easy. Thank you for everything!
They could've had a room service. They only had a breakfast option which was a bit expensive. Room service could've provided tea or coffee, or maybe some beverages but they had a free minibar including soda and beer.

I booked the City Hotel but on arrival the receptionist advised me there would be no one on the desk all week and if I was ok with it they could offer me the hotel next door - Hotel Domero. I took this offer. The hotels are associated in some way. The Domero was terrific - clean. Staff great. A kettle in the room would have been advantageous and I thought the breakfast quite pricey.
Breakfast was expensive. No kettle in room

The room was absolutely perfect. Everything was very clean, the bathroom qas spacious and had everything needed. The bed was super confortable and the pillows and duvet were super fluffly. The room has a mini fridge and there were a few free drinks as a welcome, which was a very nice detail. The staff was very welcoming and helpful
Everything was pretty perfect! As just one detail, I got a taxi called by the hotel and I was charged more than expected and the taxi driver didnt have the “thing that counts the huf to be charged as the km and time passes” and I felt like I was scammed (from airport to hotel at night time I was charged 30€ and the way back 41€)

It was a relatively compact room, yet excellent for a weary traveler. We both love walking, so the distances to attractions were all within easy reach. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional willingness of all staff, to help in any way possible, mostly, even beyond expectations. The hotel will remain a more than viable venture, while they retain their present front desk staff. I am sure they are worth all the money they are paid, and more.
The bathroom needs a little attention. I know, that refurbishing bathrooms is relatively costly, but often renewing, or at least refurbishing one, produces huge benefits, while attracting more visitors. There is obviously no possibility of enlarging the size of the rooms, so making the small bathroom attractive is very inviting, due to it's proximity to attractions.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and I could have an early check-in. It was really great, because in the afternoon I was busy at an event and this way I could properly get ready for it. I absolutely loved the room and especially the desk. I usually have to write until late at night, so for me it is essential to have a normal desk where I can work on my laptop. The desk is big and has two electric sockets. So totally ideal working conditions. There is also lot of room for your stuff, there is also a little bench, so you can really make yourself feel home. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. Bed was OK. Location of the hotel is also great, just 8-10 minutes from the Nyugati train station on foot. I will defintely stay here again.
I found the room a bit dark, the light above the desk was somewhat dim.

The staff was great, spoke nice English and were very helpful. The cost to value ration is amazing considering how much in the center you are. The parking in the garages is very good as well and for 20eur per night can recommend it as streets here are very busy. Breakfast buffet was delicious too!
For some the position in the closer center might be perfect, for me it was just a bit too busy. Usually I like to see some greenery when I look out my window but there was just another building in front. Just keep that in mind that this is a heavily urbanized area.

Not my first time in this hotel. everything is strict. quality, predictable. clean bed, comfortable mattress, and necessary accessories. Located close to the western railway station, which is often a plus
Settlement. Due to over 4 hours delay on a 5.5 hour stretch of railways I could only get to the hotel at 11pm. Tired because of the incredible heat and excitement. at the reception they said go and check in outside in another hotel to my colleagues, without specifying that the hotel with a completely different name belongs to the same company. There was a queue at reception. and the work of reception is very slow always, that not to lose time waiting with things had to go back, there to clarify that this is still the right place, and finally get the keys and the question "is everything OK?" no not all. be a little more attentive to guests. I would have liked a quicker check-in as there are no other complaints.

I liked the location of the hotel and the fact that there is a covered garage underground as I dont like to park my car outside in the streets. Hotel was relatively well priced for these days (70 eur/night) but in 2018 we were paying 40% less for a more modern two-room private apartment with a kitchen. Room was rather small and with a bathroom with shower. Bed was comfortable, clean and silent. Air conditioning seemed to work, it was not super powerful as in newer hotels but it did its job and quietly. It was only around 18 degrees outside but it would be quite hot in the room without A/C turned on during night. All was as expected for the price and based on reviews, we had a good stay and would come again.
All equipment and furniture in the room looked rather cheap and old (but clean and functional), like from late 90's. I think interiors of rooms should be renovated to look a bit more fresh. Our room was directed to the street and was a bit dark. Red paint on one of the walls doesnt help it and makes room visually even smaller. Breakfast for 14 euro per person and day seemed a bit expensive to us, so we didnt buy it, but this is a standard price at many hotels. There is a lot of opportunities to get breakfast outside in the caffees or brunch bistros. Wifi was a little bit slow to play youtube videos.
