Hotel was calming and quiet

In booking it's stated FREE PARKING and in reality parking is on the street so it's pretty annoying to circle around hotel with child in car, but they have garage only problem is they ask for 10€ a day to park in garage so it's not fair obviously they manipulate guests, one of three main requirements when I look for hotels in booking is , free wifi, free parking and clean room, they fulfill 1.5 out of 3 because wifi was unusable at some point and parking is do it yourself.

The location is just stonthrow away from Moricz Zsigmond Korter or Kelenfold Metro station with shopping amenities. Absolutely safe area with a nice local people's. Furthermore, the hotel is a simple budget hotel with a satisfactory breakfast. The 3* hotel is the cheapest in the area.

Some refurbishment needs for all around the hotel. It's quite old some painting and the interior in the hotel. You should spend more money for interior disaigns.

The room was big enough, there was a desk (perfect if you work remotely), a fridge and a TV. The bed was comfortable, and there was hot water all the time. And the staff was nice.

In one morning the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, before the bathroom was used.

The area is super nice: relaxing and quiet. It is a little bit far from the city but it is easy to find a bus connection near the hotel. The staffs are friendly and there is an option to check in early with additional 12 eur. Amazing price for what we get. There is reception 24/7 I would definitely consider staying here again when I am back in Budapest. Here are some pictures, the bed was no longer made because the photo was taken before I check out.

I can hear noises from the hallway clearly. At 2 AM there was somebody who I guess mistakenly thought the room was his, so he kept on trying to door lock and i really could hear the noises clearly. eventually, it was okay.

The area is very quiet and residential, with a school next to it. Buda is hilly with narrow streets, but finding routes to the Pest side is easy enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was standard, nothing special, but fine for my purposes, with a desk for the laptop, and easy access to the elevator (I have limited mobility). Free parking was nearby on the street and never a problem.

There was no cleaning the room during my three night stay, which I thought was odd. I had to ask housekeeping for a refill of toilet tissue after already spending two nights there, at which time the garbage was also finally collected. No clean towels to replace the used ones.

the quadruple rooms fits very well for a family or friends, it has private bathroom and it is easy accessible from the highway into the city. Perfect place for a night or more, if u are on your own vehicle. the check in is also very flexible, i liked it, it was useful for us, we arrived little before midnight you can pay in euros too, cash too would not recommend it for tourists that use public transport, it is kind of 15 min drive from city center and i do not think there is a bus here

it is kind of inconvenient if you planning to sleep here alone or in a couple, the night time can be worse if there are people that snore all night there are no towels or soup, shampoo but there is a hairdryer 😀

Breakfast was really helpful, and buses to get into town was very easy 8E I think, if I remember correctly, and could return any time of the night, perfect

Couple cobwebs and cracks in the wall but nothing too untoward, no air-conditioning working but gave us a fan, the light at 4am coming in from the thin curtains was very difficult to get used too

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I had issues with the amenities with my first room, I was able to move to another room without any problem. Very cooperative staff. For me, the location was ok. I rented a bike and I travelled from hotel to city center with it. Within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance, there is a bus stop at the base of the road located right at Hegyalja Street near the Novotel, that takes you right into the heart of the city.

Unfortunately, the windows did not shut properly. This allowed the heavy traffic noise coming from one of the very close by major roads that lead from the main highway to Budapest, to enter the first room I had, facing the front. The windows in my second room were also defective, but this was not an issue, since it faced the back and I was able to enjoy a beautiful view of the hills. I could imagine it being quite cold in the winter, but since I was there in the spring, temperature in the room was not an issue, either.

The location is excellent, close to the tram, bus, and easy to get to the metro. Free parking on the street, you are lucky if you find a place near the hotel. The staff is professional and distant, the cleanliness is impeccable.

The hotel has seen better times, we had a problem with the fridge (after complaint it was not resolved positively), the floor of the bed was torn so it fell off the bed frame.

I was really satisfied with my room. I made a reservation with room with king bed, and got two more single beds! The room was big and clean. Walls are maybe thiner than usual, but that didn't bother me. WC was also clean, we got two towels for each person, there was shampoo and soap. I am more than satisfied for this price. You could reach City center and Buda castle in 30 minutes, and bus station is near the hotel.
