My experience at Jagello Business Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. One of the first things I noticed was how immaculately clean the hotel was. It was evident that they take great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. The hotel's location was another standout feature for me. It was conveniently situated close to a variety of shops, tourist attractions, and a bustling plaza, making it easy for me to explore the area and immerse myself in the local culture. Whether I wanted to shop, dine, or simply take in the sights, everything was within reach. In terms of accessibility, getting to the hotel was a breeze. Whether you chose to drive there or utilize public transport, the location is easy to find and navigate to. This convenience made my travel experience much smoother and more enjoyable. As for the room itself, I was impressed by the level of comfort and attention to detail. The room was tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The comfortable furnishings and amenities made my stay all the more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at Jagello Business Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Everything looks nice, it's clean, breakfast is really good, staff is very helpful...

There is no free parking. You must park on the street if you can find a spot near the hotel and you need to pay hourly.

I reserved the ground parking for 10Eu/night and it was always available when needed (good point with 2 small kids), and staff was nice and friendly. Really good location to everything we proposed to do in Budapest, in average 20-30 minutes driving.

For an apartment I expected to get at least 3 forks, spoons and so on (since we did not opted for the menu). The shower door was jumping out of it's rail but managed to put it back. The kitchenette water was a bit broken, it was harder to not splash everything while washing some fruits. The kitchenette floor was a bit sticky, but nothing we could not leave with. The access to the room is done based on the card, which needed to be inserted to get electricity. The room was in the attic/mansard/top floor and you could not leave the AC on, to cool the room for 30 minutes while you went down to the garage to bring some packages as you either have an entrance key, or you have electricity. The garden was a bit dried out, so not much fun for the kids.

The breakfast was good and the property was located very close to the tram and bus stop. The cherry on the cake was the friendliness of the staff. We reached Budapest early than the check-in time and the staff was really supportive in accommodating our last minute request. Even during the check out , the staff was really helpful in providing us the option to check out 1-2 hours later (despite a busy season). :)

We liked everything.

Great location if you plan to attend a show at the Budapest Congress Center. There are convinience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and it includes a smart TV with internet access. Breakfast was good. The pastries were incredibly delicious.

Pretty much liked everything for the price.

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. She explained everything clearly and even gave us tips when we explore the town. The room size was okay for us. It was clean and with a nice view of the morning sun. The area is quiet. It is near tram and bus stops. I would also like to thank them for keeping our luggage after checking out while we explore the city some more.

This is not about the hotel. I think this is more of the location. It would have been nicer if there were grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Aside from that, I can't think of anything that I don't like about this hotel.

It is more like a family-run motel from the eighties, than a business hotel (it was totally OK for us). According to the evaluations our expectations were not so high, but the staff was really nice and helpful, there is a private garage (only for drivers with experience :-))), the breakfast was continental and rich, it is very close to a shopping center and the main bus routes - even with small kids (10 minutes walking). We've chosen this hotel because of the price, and in the end, we were satisfied.

The room was more or less clean (but really dusty), but we've found some clothes in the closet. It shows that there is space for development, especially regarding the cleaning part.

It was good value for money, the room was clean and the staff was super nice. We were close to town and the bus stop is just outside the property but it was still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was yummy

It would be good to have some fruits in the breakfast menu, in all the 3 days we were there, there were no fruits

I like smiley personell, access to parking lot and fresh and still warm bread on the brekfast. We came on friday morning just to leave our car on parking but recepcionist was so kind that we can already check in on 10:00 instead of 14:00. That was super kind.

Smell from the AC was like on the dentist visit. Brekfast witoutout vegetables and awful caffe. Sorry guys coffe was terrible.

This hotel is located very near of the downtown area, just walking distance from a large public transport hub. The room was practical for an overnight stay.

The breakfast area was a bit cold, therefore the prepaed breakfast become cold during a short period. The room was a bit dark, there were just some lights in it.
