Nice en-suite rooms .. staff, nice breakfasts. Lovely swimming pool and the massages my wife and I had were really great.

The jacuzzi wasn’t particularly hot, and had a lot of tiles broken or missing. It is a massive shame that the bar / lounge is still not open. That means nowhere for people to sit and relax, have a glass of wine or beer; the restaurant is ok but it’s not comfortable enough to just sit and drink / relax. Please make sure you get the bar / lounge back working.

There is no option for half board No restaurant or store in the area, Nothing in walking distance except Essence that’s way too expensive and offers no variety

- clean rooms and bathroom, good breakfast (even rice and oat milk, gluten free products) plenty to choose from, spacious rooms and quiet , spa area was nice. Special thanks to Georgina, the receptionist who was very helpful and nice!!!! Parking space with barriers and very safe

- no markets or restaurants nearby, but didn’t matter much for us

The room was really comfortable, well cleaned and maintained during our stay, really nice bathroom. The Spa was also nice, even thought not that warm (the pool area, the water at the jacuzzi was definetelly not warm enough), also the spa area itself could have been more warm

We were not warned that the pool is used for private aerobic classes or similar, which devided it in two, so less space.Also all the pool equipment for kids was old and bad. No one was cleaning the extra splashed water around the pool, which makes it easy to slipp and fall

Spacy rooms, service on very high level. I personally appreciated wide choise of seeds and dry fruits on breakfast and avalaibility of vegan milk. Nice was also later check-out and fitness and wellness zone included in the price. If you come by car, hotel is outside parking zone, so you can park free on the street. End station of metro is within 15 minutes walking distance, we transferred between hotel and metro by car, there is possible to park the whole day for 1 euro at P+R parking next to metro station.

The only disadvantage was that our 3 rooms apartment has just one air-condition unit, therefore other 2 rooms were quite hot (we were in August).

Very good gym, has all the necessary equipment and a bit more. Very nice SPA with the pool, included in the price, yummy breakfast and good dinner options, also there's an kantine for very affordable lunch, the room was not very quiet though, but bearable Shower is good also. Thanks for giving us the vase for the flowers. Location is 15 minute walk to Dorottya Udvar so its good if your office is there Staff is very caring and ready to help

There is no coffee machine and not even kettle in the room with the basic price range, the kettle is a very basic thing and you would never think it won't be available when you book so it was frustrating. WiFi connection was okayish but sometimes very slow. There is definitely space for improvement. Smith machine in the gym is not lubricated properly, I would recommend fixing it, it is easy and it will be very nice for everyone using it

We liked almost everything about this hotel, the location was very close to the bus station, the breakfast was very, very good. We loved the SPA, it had 6 different saunas, one pool and one big jacuzzi, we relaxed there after a long day of walking.

There were some very noisy people/children at the breakfast & SPA (it's not the fault of the hotel of course) Recommendation: it would be great if the staff would say to these people to keep the noise down so we can enjoy our meal / SPA.

The old man receptionist is the best. He speaks French, Russian and English of course. Young women receptionists are good also, they helped with all the questions we had. There is a big paid parking in front of the hotel and a small free parking 30 meters to the right of the building. We used the free parking, there was always empty places. Saunas and a good swimming pool is included. I totally recommend the hotel.

The bathroom was not 100% clean after last visitors, we found some hair.

The pool and whirpool were just great after the long walks through Budapest. Some sauna rooms were also there but we didn't use them this time - was hot enough outside :). Breakfast was really good - from fruit to eggs, salami, cheese, some types of bread and good coffee. The bus station and metro is relatively close. Private parking (approximately 7,5 €/day) was also very convenient.

In the appartment there was some strange odor so we had to open all windows to get rid of it.

I stayed at the hotel for a conference. A nice hotel, nice pleasant room, good gym, breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not close to the city center and getting to the center by the metro is not so convenient as the metro station is 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Another point, the gym hours on the weekend are from 9 AM, and that is late for a person who wants to exercise in the morning.
