This is a smart hotel so everything was controlled via your mobile phone. Staff were very helpful and forthcoming. The hotel was very clean and well presented, a credit to the staff for the upkeep. The breakfast was okay but the staff in the restaurant were excellent, thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Not managed by any staff in the late evening and during the night. There was some support via the app but at times took a long time to reply and on a couple of occasions not at all. The only real issue we had was with the air conditioning of the room, kept turning off and impossible to control via the app.

Good location. The fact that the reservation and the room are controlled by the app is very practical.

Despite being new, the room is very neglected: dirty walls and peeling furniture. Horrible breakfast.

- Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Vivi. - Location was really an advantage, very convenient! - The room was big, comfortable and really nice. - The cleaning staff left coffee every morning. - The buffet breakfast was good.

- The fact of having to do everything with the mobile phone: sometimes we had to do things between 2-3 times before they worked (like just opening the entrance door from the street). I asked for a card to open since I saw many guests had one, and despite I requested they didn't feel like giving me one... - The blinds from the windows opened automatically at least once per day and sometimes the window opened without requesting as well. - The app sends the same notifications every single day, which may be annoying in long stays. - However, these are minor facts that did not spoil our stay in any case. We will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Budapest.

Transportation to touristic places takes a little bit of walking but was not too much. It was in a small street and was quite at night even though it was really close to night clubs. It was mostly clean, but there were dust in corners. Check in and out is very easy, I liked online thing. The key in my phone did not work for the first few days fortunately my husband's worked. There were clean water that you could fill your bottles, and chargers. The crew was lovely. The air conditioning worked well, a little too well since it was 38 degrees outside and 21 degrees inside. We closed it but it re-opened itself.

Was a little bit too cold for a very very hot summer. I don't like cold much but if you like it would be a plus for you.

The hotel is a self-service system, and it may become the future system for the rest of the hotels around the world. The check-in and check-out system was new to me using a hotel phone application, where in this hotel I did not see a single employee, it was somewhat strange, I used to go out at the beginning of the day and come back at the end of the evening I had to find that the room had been arranged, the room had a very good size, the furniture was modern and beautiful, the bed was good, the TV was modern, the mobile phone could be connected for entertainment, there is a water boiler that works perfectly, the bathroom is very clean and the water pressure is excellent

The only downside is that the key to enter and exit the hotel is my cell phone. Imagine that the cell phone charge ends at midnight and I cannot return to the hotel. It almost happens to me twice.

1. Rooms : - incredibly confortable bed, I slept like a baby - very spacious room - really nice design 2. Breakfast : - loved the many different options - the fresh vegetables are a big plus since you don't find them everywhere - very good homemade sandwiches 3. Technology : handling everything via the app is super easy ans intuitive. 4. Location : - lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood - perfect location in between the Andrassy Avenue and the Danube, easy to get to all the must sees (we did everything by foot) And...a VERY BIG PLUS for the possibility of refilling you water bottle in the lobby !

Maybe a curtain would be nice for the bathroom, it would be better to have some privacy when you go to the toilet 🤭

Modern, very kind front desk, big room/bathroom, relatively clean and decent location.

Everything is controlled either by your phone or a remote, cool at first but it’s a bit gimmicky and gets old quite fast. The windows have a timer set to 15 min by default, after which it will close automatically, unless you reset the timer constantly before it reaches 0. All A/C units in the hotel are in the same mode, either heating or cooling, you can’t choose the mode, it’s set by the hotel. During my stay, I experienced the switch from heating to cooling mode, and it happened at 3AM, the A/C started blasting quite loudly, which woke me up.

The location of the hotel is perfect - close to Szimpla, walking distance to the city center. Self-check-in/checkout is great. Rooms are nice, quite big and modern. The rooms have AC, which is useful in summer.

We stayed for 4 nights and our room was not cleaned at all during our stay - we would expect more from a 4* hotel. Also, the surroundings are quite noisy at night, so if you are a light sleeper, we would not recommend it.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, they are way above average room sizes in hotels. The keyless and card less system is incredible and works perfectly via the dedicated app and Bluetooth. Not having to interact with anyone seriously is the best thing ever. The bathrooms are modern and decently sized. Our room had a separate walk-in closet and pantry with a coffee Machine. This is beyond what I was expecting. The hotel is easily spotted, well located for commuting to and from the airport and also facilities like a supermarket and restaurants as well as bars are closeby. This hotel is seriously a great option for shortterm stays.

Room 505 was situated close to the elevator, which was audible in the room. The humming noise of the engine of the elevator was audible in the room as well as the bathroom noises from a neighbouring room, which was a little less pleasant - at least for me, who got woken up by that. My girlfriend slept through it though.

Spotlessly clean room, huge bed, the room even has a little room off to the side where your clothes can be stored, has a safe and a fridge and Nexpresso coffee machine. You can't fault the place, very central location, lots of good places to eat nearby. The only thing I would criticize is outside the building the frontage sign is half missing giving the appearance from the outside that the hotel isn't so nice, don't let that fool you. Breakfast in the morning was well presented and fresh ingredients.
