The location, the colour scheme, the staff and price point for the room. Everything was very easy, the hotel staff were unbelievably friendly and made sure they said hello every morning which is a nice change from most hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. We didn’t try the breakfast but the staff were generous enough to drop a nice cake off to us in the room for Christmas which was very thoughtful. I would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to any friends and family travelling to Budapest. The location is pretty much perfect when it comes to getting anywhere in the city, maximum 25 minute walk to everything we did which is brilliant! Thank you Eurostars Danube! 10/10 😊

We loved everything about our stay here! The hotel and room are absolutely spotless. The beds are so comfy and it's amazing value for money. The staff are amazing and so good at their jobs! Blanca was very helpful! The breakfast was so good such a choice and we were full until evening after eating it! The location couldn't get Any better. It'd a quiet area but so central to everything. The Budapest Eye and Szimpla Kert are within walking distance. Everything else is just a bolt away! Budapest has been my favourite trip so far. I would 100% stay in this hotel again.

Everything! This place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our room was warm, clean and extremely comfortable. The shower had an amazing shower pressure and was lovely and hot which was much needed after exploring the beauty of the city in the winter. The staff were very accommodating. The housekeeping was always impeccable. We booked here last minute after arriving at a different property unfit for purpose. We instantly felt relaxed and safe here. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to most places. We would like to come back to Budapest again and will 100% book Eurostars Danube next time. Absolutely fabulous I can't thank all of the staff enough for such an exceptional experience.

I liked absolutely everything.

Everything from the friendly staff to the enormous and comfy beds, and the clean and luxurious bathroom. I had to leave early and would've missed breakfast and the staff prepared a little box for me with a sandwich, juice, muffin and fruit.

The heating in my room was a bit too much for me and I couldn't figure out the thermostat setting. Because I arrived after midnight and I was super tired, I didn't want to ask for help from reception I just wanted to crash and sleep.

Loved the location, central to everything which made navigating around the city so much easier! Hotel was spotless and staff super friendly and helpful. Our room size was brilliant with large windows across the room which made it light and airy. We felt really secure on our stay. Great value for money for a four star hotel too.

Beds and pillows were slightly too hard for us but more a preference issue than a hotel issue.

Nice large bedroom and very good facilities. Loved the large bath after a long day of walking. Excellent location as you’re just around the corner of the main square which you get dropped off from the airport shuttle bus.

The room temperature wasn’t the best as the air conditioning was turned off. The room was extremely warm when we arrived with no way of cooling the room down. I spoke to reception and they came to unlock the window right away. After this we kept wary of the control to the room temperature.

Location, private parking. Girls from the reception were very polite as always.

Man from reception tried to charge us 30 EUR more than the price of the room that we reserved. And then he charged us city tax 2x (two times) even it is added to the price of the room on our printed confirmation of the reservation. And then he told us that our passports doesn't work, even we used it 2h before that. We waited 20 min for a simple check in. We didn't get an apology...

Excellent location. Very close to restaurants, public transportation, sightseeing attractions. Express bus stop to airport is 2 min waking distance from hotel. Bus trip is around 35 minutes and costs HUF 2200 (apex 7 EUR) Clean and modern room. Comfortable air conditioner in the room. Tea/coffee machine is in the room, but there was no water bottle (plenty of food shops nearby with 1,5 l bottle for less than 1 EUR). I did not take breakfast in the hotel (EUR 15) and went to nearby cafe La Table which recommend for local atmosphere (toasts with eggs with avocado). very helpful Reception.

Nothing special in the hotel. No lounge etc. Purely sleep place with good quality

Location is phenomenal. Beds were so comfy we slept thru breakfast. Beds were firm but not hard. Staff very accommodating & helpful. T we must outside were 38C or 101F yet room was very adequately air conditioned. Very good shower with enough room for taller / larger individuals.

You need improvement service quality of your receptionist.I had to twice wait to be served.first time couple minutes I was waiting till receptionist finish phone call.Fair enough.People booking rooms that way.Second time(same person),keep me waiting much more than 5 mi,I think 7-9 minutes,during that phone session she was smiling,joking..,definitely not business call.It was so disappointing.That sort of hotel should have top standard at reception.Thank you
