Our room was spotless, and it was ready on time, even a little before. Our room was quite spacious, although our friends' room was pretty small... but breakfast was very good; and the hotel's in the quiet area, comfortable beds: we had such a good night's rest :-)

The hotel charged my card prior to our arrival, and we arrived even a little BEFORE check-in time; ALTHOUGH I chose "Pay at the property" option; the receptionist acted as if it was a perfectly normal thing to do, and like he didn't understand why I was complaining... The hotel offers lunch and dinner (pay 15 euro on site) on Booking, but in reality they don't have it.

It's clean and neat. It has everything you might need, from towels and hairdryer to AC, safe and a TV. It's perfect place to stay if you plan on watching something at Budapest Sports Arena or Puskas Arena as well as sightsee given that there is a metro station nearby that gets you to the very centre of Budapest. The staff are very friendly and understanding.

You got what you paid for. Every country has a different standard and breakfast. We were pleased. Three stars hotel, decent breakfast, clean rooms, good location - near the metro M2 that gets you to the city centre, tram and bus station. A bit noisy in the evening as it is located near the main road which we expected. The staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast was great, staff friendly, bed was comfortable, it is close to the arena (good if u are visiting for a concet), relatively close to bus station.

Walls are very thin, could hear someone cough a lot in room next to me... Bathrom was questionable cleaned, had to clean it additionally to be sure it is ok.

Room was adequate size for solo traveller, breakfast had a good range of options and staff were very friendly.and helpful

I'm not sure if the AC actually worked in my room! I prefer sleeping with a window open rather than with AC so it didn't affect my stay

Very clean, friendly staff, it was located near Papp Laszlo Arena, where we went to see a concert.

Please buy a coffee machine for the breakfast lounge. It’s incredible that a hotel in Budapest doesn’t serve fresh espresso at breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Perfect cleaning, perfect room . Really nice with a wall separwting the kids beds from the adult beds. Private bathroom, tv, table.with chairs if you want to eat or brunch. Place to wash your dishes.

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean.

Traffic noise. Rooms at the front (a few rooms) get a lot of traffic noise. Rooms at side (most of them) are better. Rooms at back (a few) are quiet.

Great hotel. Everything you need, clean, and cosy. Helpful and approachable staff.

I was not always able to connect to the WiFi, but no problems about the property itself, great hotel.

I have got transit flight, so for me this hotel was very good. It's in a few minutes from the airport and they have free transport for you, which is driving every 20 minutes. Personal amazing, they speak english. I got all services what I needed. Recommending 👍
