It looked so modern and cool from the outside and it was really comfy inside also. The jacuzzi was great, the breakfast was delicious and we could ask for more. And the staff was also really nice, even when we arrived back late at night, they were still nice.

I went down to the "gym" once but it was really small, and there were not many equipments, the room was also small and without air.

• Breakfast not varied, few options for vegetarians. • It's a shame that the massage room had no atmosphere and the massage bed was not comfortable. • Not exactly the hottest location - you have to take a taxi or walk at least fifteen minutes to the city center.

Good location, and staff is good, honest..

Main problem is late night when you check in you can’t paid with euro.. I can’t understand this.. and When I change the Euro they have a other rates .. Hotels rooms on 2nd floor but there is no lift so if you have a big baggage 🧳 it’s hard. in Shower cabin is amazing slippery need to add plastic carpet for save .

The staff were professional and friendly. The room was perfectly equipped, no quibbles there. The breakfast was tasty with good variety. It was a plus for me, but you might want to consider that this hotel is a bit further out from the center of the city.

The hotel is great, the staff are nice and helpful. The brekfast was great. It was nice and clean.

If the hotel chooses to use white towels, then they should be white😁they looked as they where dirty. Maybe it's time to change them.

The hotel/room/restaurant is spotless. this was our second time staying at this hotel, definitely will return again.

Not a negative comment only a suggestion to put a non-slip mat into the shower tray. Would be more safer to use the shower.

Cozy, nice room, clean, good wifi, friendly staff.

Low quality on breakfast, few choices and the atmosphere in there - was so quiet (maybe it will be a good idea to put some music in the background).

Very nice and quiet room. Liked a lot the fact that when going on the balcony you were only seeing green trees and the rain made it even better.

The property should refresh their towels, they were terrible. They were very degraded and you should change them as they break the entire image of this beautiful place.

Wonderful hotel with sauna and jacuzzi in the price. We stayed for one night going from Bulgaria to Poland and that was a relief that we could relax from a really long journey. Nice, cozy rooms with bathroom and minibar. Really would recommend
