Great location, very helpful and polite staff, good 😊 . The bed was the best!!!

The furniture in the room is adequate for maybe one night stay. There is no dresser, no wardrobe only some open shelves, beside the bed is only a little round table without any drawer, the same in the bathroom. The corridor to the rooms is completely dark and gives a feeling of walking in an underground tunnel.

the cleaning is mediocre, my bed linen was no changed during my stay, the bathroom floors were never scrubbed and my bathroom sink never cleaned during my stay. Used water were also not washed. All they did was to change bathroom towels and spread the bed. If they could improve their cleaning, it’s a very beautiful and ver modern hotel

We ordered food before leaving for the airport and it took 1 hour and still the food did not arrive. We had to leave for the airport without having food and got no explanation as to why it took so long.

The staff is very helpful and polite. The place is in the city centre, but completely quiet. The bed was great and everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast is super, there are plenty of choices.

The room was advertised with a minibar, but it was empty. I asked them about that, and they told me it was a mistake they did not remove that from the portal. In the bathroom there were not any usual stuff like ear cleaning sticks or shampoo. They told us that they were out of supply.

The hotel is brand new. The location is impeccable right in the heart of the city center. The rooms are industrial design fitted with good beds, great selection of media on the tv and a Nespresso machine. There were a lot of amenities in the bathroom and the selection of bath products were quite ok. The bar is very nice and the breakfast was great. The staff was really helpful.

The parking is expensive (16 Eur/day) though you can leave your car nearby on the street and pay less. The price per night is quite expensive as well but we liked the hotel overall.

Just opened, practically minded room design, lobby is fusion of 1960s and todays design, its abstract forms contrasted with the clean, civilised lines of modernism. Going out for a meal is disappointed, as for the flavors is far from " todays' exceptions". Greasy meat, sweet salad, not matching ingredients.

The location is excellent. The bed is very comfy. The staff is friendly. Clean.

- Despite having many foreigner guests in the hotel, the breakfast had ONLY pork meat option and when the kitchen was asked for chicken or turkey alternatives, there were none. So disappointing for such a big hotel in a city that hosts so many foreigner students and their families.

Location of hotel is excellent, few minutes walk to the city centre, and ready access to local transport network. Neighbourhood clean and quiet.

Was surprised to get a service charge bill prior to check out. It was not explained why I had to pay a service charge after I had paid the full price for booking the room for the whole duration of my stay. I didn't take anything from the mini bar, so was surprised to be asked to pay a service charge!

It was very clean and tidy, everything you’d need in a hotel room is there. If I had to wrap it up in a couple of words, the whole hotel is comfortable, modern, worth it’s price, quiet, easy to navigate and the staff is exceptionally good.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for about a minute. It was most likely a false alarm, and it isn’t really the hotel’s fault, but this is the only thing I could say.
