We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are very spacious and very clean. The whole hotel was recently opened and everything is new, clean and in perfect working order. The location is also nice being just over the street from the Forum mall. The hotel also has it's own underground parking which is very safe, but you need to pay extra for it. The personal was OK, polite and pleasant. The included breakfast was also OK and it included some of the local specialties.

The only thing I didn't like it was that the windows only have very thin white vertical blinds and no curtains. This makes all the external light pass though and during night time and also early morning you have too much light in the room. Also as the hotel has also a large internal staircase, the 2nd room on the apartment has windows with the same type of vertical blinds. The hallway is lit with automatic lights so each time when someone passes you get too much light in your room.

Location is great one minute from Forum and 2 minutes to penny market and tram / bus station. the staff are friendly, speaking English and really helpful. The breakfast is good quality however above average in variety. The restaurant is very clean and the dinner we have was tasty. dishes were really beautiful (photos attached)

There were no blackouts and so you will wake up 6 am everyday 😒, the silver lining that you will not miss the breakfast. There are no plates, spoons, knives or forks provided even they have a fridge and a microwave in the room, I have to buy paper plates and forks from the supermarket Halal options are very limited either for breakfast or on resturant menu (may be I have to inform the hotel before I arrive)

-no hairdryer but they can provide one at the reception -the curtains are too bright and during the night and morning in the room there is too much light from outside and might be a problem for light sleepers -you don’t have glasses or any cutlery in the kitchen but we brought from home and it was ok -in the bathroom there was a water leakage while we were showering

New hotel, spacious rooms, ample underground parking, great location. The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy, but it was not a big problem for us. They have an on-site restaurant with great food (but not-so-great cocktails).

We rented an apartment with kitchenette, but aside from two glasses, there were no plates, cutlery, pots, kettles, etc. All the cabinets were empty. There should be hooks for hanging towels in the bathrooms. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not suited for a four-star hotel.

Location is just across the Forum mall. The main promenade (Piac str.) is very close. Many restaurants and cafes. The 2-room apartment is spacious, very clean. Everything looks brand new. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good. We had dinner at the restaurant. It was great. The 24/7 staff was very helpful and nice. Altogether it's a very good place to stay in Debrecen.

Tips: Certain rooms face the street and might be noisy. We requested a quiet room in our booking and it was indeed quiet. Certain rooms don't have dark shades so the morning sunlight may disturb your sleep. We requested to replace our room, which the staff gladly did.

One of the best apartment hotels in Debrecen. The staff is very lovely and helpful. My room was bright and clean, the whole building was new. The bed linen and towels were spotlessly clean. The hotel location was wonderful, located on the edge of the city centre, a few minutes walk from Piac street and Kossuth and Kálvin squares, and the Forum shopping centre is a 1-minute walk from the building. A remarkable small gesture from the hotel was a bottle of mineral water in the fridge. The list of services offered is quite long and there is also a restaurant in the hotel building. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

There are no utensils or cutlery in the kitchen, except for two glasses. Some essential kitchen appliances would be nice. Apart from that, I had a great time and would gladly stay at the hotel again.

Hotel parking should be somehow signaled with a sign banner or something as there are also other underground parkings in the area. Some signs/ translations in english would be a good idea. For example the coffee machine is only in hungarian and there are no products written ass cappucino/ machiato/ espresso or something with a global understanding. Sun shades would be a good idea as I woke up at 5-ish AM because of the bright light coming out the window.

The apartment is big, beautiful and brand new. The location is great! Bed was very comfortable - firmer mattress.

The stove and microwave are not yet connected (the cables are hanging in the cupboard), so they cannot be used. There is no kitchen equipment or kitchenware, no utensils, glasses,... - some basic pieces can be obtained at the reception. There was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom/toilet. Breakfast could be better, but we got everything we needed.

The room itself is amazing large and comfy.

The staffs at the reception when we checked in were not nice at all. They seemed that they just wanted to do the work with zero friendly and a bit “rude” attitude. The breakfast was okay but fruit could have been fresher. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There were no plates, forks or spoons.
