The location is great, close to the great forest park, aquapark, zoo and playgrounds. Easy walk with kids to all the places they are interested in. Tram stop to the city center is across the street, which is very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, the pool was nice and clean. As our flight was at 6 am, we missed the last breakfast but got the breakfast box from hotel (2 sandwiches, apple, banana, 2 kinds of yogurts, water and juice). The stuff was nice and helpfu. We enjoyed our stay

Something small, but I was surprised to find out that teabags and coffee capsules were not free in the room. They were part of minibar items. A bit strange for the hotel like this. The pool water was a bit cold for us but it was not a big deal

My favorite here is my amazing Drinks made by Zoltan. He can also make you a special drink, just tell him what you like, he can concoct it for you. Every drink this guy makes is excellent. Second will be the spa staffs and the pool area. It was so relaxing, my toddler love it there. Restaurant staffs are very nice from breakfast and dinner. They are friendly and considerate with our toddler. Front desk staffs are nice and helpful. Third will be the children's play area.

So there's one front desk staff I asked for help to help me translate to the restuarant staff that if they can heat up my Toddler food, He told me to ask them, so the person I asked in the restaurant was having a hard time understanding me thats why I went to the front desk to ask for help but instead he told me "It is not my job to do that for you".

Breakfast had a wide choice. The lady in spa was smiley, kind and helpful. Cleaning staff was polite.

The restaurant food was below avarage. Nothing special. No taste, dried out meat. Not the same standard like the hotel and you would expect from 4-5 stars. The room furniture size does not fit to room e.g. no space for such many chairs. The door lock was many times stucked could not open for the first time.

Lovely spa, excellent breakfast and lovely room especially bathroom. Staff on reception very helpful and spoke English well.

That you had to pay for tea and coffee if you made it yourself in room. Should be complementary with room costs.

Great spa, very good breakfast

on booking there was an option of 18 euro per day for demi pension. i didn t took it at reservation but than i ve mailed the hotel to tale also the demi pension and they respond there is no problem, i can book it for the same price when i check in . at check in they said they don t know anything and the evening menu is just “a la carte”. so be aware of this also they have a “mandatory” service charge of 10%. not that i don t tip, but i hate having that on my bill and not letting me to decide if the waiter deserves or not that tip.

Great location, clean , smels good , good internet , nice furniture. Comfortable bead. Parking area ( you have to pay aditionaly 12 eu per day) good brekfast and restoran. Waterzone. Everything is perfect except the staff

It was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located near the big park and the Uni. The spa and the pool are excellent. Breakfasts were perfect (10+). Beds are comfortable.

The staff has never smiled. It took time to attract their attention

The staff was great, ordered us a taxi for 4 am to the airport. Also we missed breakfast since we leaved at 4 am so we received a breakfast bag to take with us
