There are really nice indoor pools with different temperature water. There's one for small children with a slide which our 1 year old really liked. The room was quite big and clean. Also it had air-conditioning which worked very well and a nice balcony. The food selection was really good for both breakfast and dinner. It was a buffet for both, but there were very good things to choose from every time and they changed the menu every day. They had many highchairs for small children, as well. The staff was very friendly even though it was sometimes hard to communicate since not all of them know English. The location is also really good as it's exactly at the entrance to the water park. They have on premises parking, but it's at a cost. Street parking is also available but that also has a cost. All in all a very baby friendly place.

The door to our room had a small issue and was a bit hard to close. Not a big issue though.

We go here with our family since the hotel was open and we love every aspect of all services (food, wellness, room service etc.). The food is very good, I don't know many hotel where cook so good and change the menus everyday. I can always relax when I stay at Atlantis.

Unfortunately the hotel is bit aging and I am starting to look forward to reconstruction of the hotel. Everything is clean, the personal is very friendly and helpful. But e.g. carpets in the elevators should be already removed or replace (bit smelly after everybody returns from Spa/Wellness and they get wet). I hope that the owners will invest in the hotel, for me it's a heart place and love to return.

I travelled for a business and stayed for one night only so I had no chance to use more hotel facilities than the room and restaurant. the room was spacy enough and clean. wi-Fi connection was OK and comfortable bed. The breakfast provided the good selection of the food which was really tasty. The hotel has parking place for the guests at the facility and the place for a car has been properly reserved upon my arrival. Check in and out was quite fast and efficient. Room had also a balcony with chairs and table which could be good especially during summer.

For the room called "superior" I would expect to have an electric cettle with complimentary tea and coffe as a standard while also a kind of confortable arm chair for relax sitting could be also available. Had only two ordinary charis in the room.

Location, food, parking is nice.

Air circulation in bathroom is not working. TV channels are restricted. City maps are not existing. Receptionist needs training to help guests to tell places to visit attractions, museums, etc.

Friendly and multilanguage speaking staff, excellent breakfast and dinner, warm and clean room, spa in the basement, private parking, across the street from Hungarospa Aqua-Palace.

Excellent food! The room was near a children's playroom and the children were there until 23:00! Too noisy!!! Also In the corridor, other guests spoke louder, being as a larger group, ignoring other guests. I could say people without education! Conclusion - some Hungarians are very noisy!

The food smell from the restaurant was spread all over the hotel spaces. could say people I would like that the pool water to be was 2-5 degrees warmer, meaning especially the water in the pool for swimming.

Staff very friendly and check in and out was very efficient. Parking place in the hotel area was well reserved and marked with the guest name (very appreciated). Hotel and room was clean with enough spacy room. Breakfast selection was very rich with the great taste of Hungary.

Hotel Wi-Fi blocks some apps (e.g.WhatsApp). Room light could be just a bit better.

The food was awesome for both breakfast and dinner, the personal was very kind.

One of the elevators had issues technical issues, but other otherwise everything was perfect.

Food was ok but nothing special.
