Everything was great, our room was spacious and comfortable, staff were professional and friendly. We loved the facilities, pool area wasn't too crowded despite the hotel being full. Spa did exceed our expectations! Have tried the gym as well, basic equipments are provided for a quick excercise. We had half board, 2 choices for main meal at the evening, and plenty of side dishes. cheese and salad choices were fantastic! Traditional dessert such as aranygaluska, and the mini sacher slices won me over! :) At breakfast, also loads of choices from sweet to savory, coffees, teas and juices. Would definitely recommend it for couples and families with young children as well as there were many child friendly activities available every day. 5* from us, thanks so much!!

Location of the hotel is amazing - 10-15 min walking to the lake, 5-10 to the city center. Room is nice, cozy and clean. Breakfast and dinner are stunning. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The territory is well organized and tidy. Spa /medical complex is amazing, a lot of various treatments. Cleaning is general is on a very high level.

Room requires a slight renovation. It was a bit noisy during a day in the room due to its location near the entrance to the pool area.

Family room was excellent: spacious, modern and practical! Lots of closet space, an electric kettle for coffee/tea, mini fridge, two TVs, etc.. Hotel and the room were very clean and well maintained. Pool was nice, we only used the kids pool and adjacent pool. Kids pool was very warm, the large one was warm enough. The little Playroom was nice, our kids enjoyed it. Unfortunately not many kids club activities, we missed them all. Food was good, not that many choices but enough, at least for us adults. Waiters were friendly.

Room was great, only thing missing was more hooks to hang wet towels/robes, etc. Food was good, only the bread wasn’t very tasty and a few kids’ options would have been great. We booked massages at the Spa. My masseuse was friendly, but seemed hurrried and distracted. Her phone went off once, plus 2x on vibrate, and 2x she talked with someone who opened the door to our room. Also, no relaxing music or smells or anything. So all in all it was ok, but not very relaxing. A few more Kids Club activities would be nice, we were in the playroom 3x and never saw anybody there. The only 2 announced activities were at times we were out.

The hotel meets all the expectations that we put in the understanding of relaxation and wellness. The hotel has an excellent medical center where, after consulting a doctor, you can receive a variety of physiotherapy procedures and, first of all, a unique spinal traction and mud applications. Absolutely everything is thought out in the hotel to make your stay and recovery as comfortable as possible! It is possible to carry out early procedures before breakfast, which is very convenient, since during the day you can visit the pools, sauna, hammam, salt room in the hotel itself, and besides this, there is still time to go to the thermal lake. The distance to it from the hotel is no more than 10 minutes, at a slow pace. Breakfasts and dinners are beyond praise! In addition, it is possible to eat soup from 12.00 to 14.00, which helps a lot not to get hungry before dinner! All staff are friendly and welcoming! I would especially like to mention the administrator Tatyana, who helped us solve any issues throughout our holiday. Thank you very much for this! I recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back!

The best expierence was the meeting with waiter Zoltan Horvath in the restaiurant. He have changed all our impression about staying in the hotel, about Heviz and about all Hungary. Very kind young men who really cares about visitors from other countries! Nice talk, kind service, professional recomendations and sincere communication. That's it what we really needed staying first time in Hungary. Thank you Mr. Horvath!

Construction works around the hotel weren't notice in the booking.com platform. Evaluating that the price of staying was overpriced. The managment of the hotel could decide more extra facilities for the guests at a time (like example: the room in oppsite side from construction works), including that hotel was half empty.... Aprecciate all the staff!!! Not management staff this time ...

Hotel was amazing, stuff was friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor pools were excellent, water was warm enough even for me and for my kids. Hotel is situated close to Heviz therme, cca 10min of walk. We had half board, variety of food was great, food presentation was also nice.

You have to pay for the parking in the garage.

Food is good, maybe a bit more fruits would be a good idea to have for breakfast, dinner is superb lots of variety. Facilities are cleaned and staff is friendly.

After checkout you can’t used the facilities. This is a bit disappointing. in all other hotels and resorts where we have stayed in, the facilities can be used after checking out and luggage are kept for us either in the reception or in a storage room. Maybe this is a point the hotel should consider to have.

The apartment was really nice. The dinner was a buffet but elegantly served and the food was really great. The breakfast was brilliant too. Arriving late we got the chance to enjoy the pool as it was opened till nine and evidently not crowded during those hours. I would have loved for the coffee in the morning to not be an instant coffee but other than that everything was amazing including the staff's professionalism.

Great hotel with many swimming pools; Good location, near to many restaurants and pubs. Good road bike to Balaton. Tasty breakfasts and rely good suppers.

It is hard to communicate in English, only few people from staff speaks English. Prices in hotel are rather high (bear, water, coffee). Coffee served to breakfast is not tasty.
