This is an excellent four star hotel, so there is no luxury, but everything was perfect. Room functional with comfy bed, cleaned exactly when we wanted. Small, but clean and warm spa area, very good food and lot of cakes, and kind and helpful staff. I have to praise the gentleman with glasses on the reception who helped us with our small problem, waiters and young bartender lady at the bar.

Spa should have some changing rooms, and maybe some more variety of saunas (aromatherapy).

All-inclusive food was very good. There was food available at almost all hours between 0700 and 2100 so we didn't have to worry about our child going hungry. The hotel is a very short walk to the thermal lake, and I highly recommend visiting the lake, also.

No reserved parting even though we paid for it. We paid for parking for our stay, and we took our car out for an excursion one day. When we came back, there was no parking spots left. It seems the staff lets in cars unitl the lot is full, not counting how many spaces have been booked. However, the staff did accommodate us by allowing us to park in the garage for the night. But it took some discussion to get this.

The hotel has great value for the price. We visited it out of season (February) so the summer pools weren't open but the inner is good one and small pools with thermal water are open too. Lake in the near is really amazing and the experience to swim outside in lake water 26C air -7C is exceptional. Rooms are clean, cozy, beds comfortable, bottle of water per room per day. Food is really good. Not exceptional. but very good, all-inclusive model was available only including non-alcoholic drinks, beer and and very basic set of wine. The staff is friendly, helpful but mostly not speaking English. German is quiet better. We will very probably come back as the neighborhood is beautiful and a lot of trips we haven't done at this time.

I would appreciate availability of breakfast/dinner model and some regular restaurant within the hotel. The buffet menu is rich and good but we missed several lunches being on trip.

We appreciated the outdoor pools and yard with lot of shadow from the trees which made the stay very comfortable. The hotel is serving only fullboard, but with a reasonable large variety. Also, the drinks were included (soft drinks, but also beer and wine). The parking place is large which is a plus. Also, the hotel is situated very close to the thermal lake of Heviz

The spa area inside is not very large. The elevators are not very new.

Food and drinks where great, buffet food almost all day long. The people at the reception where so helpful and nice!! And I found it amazing that everyone has the nametags but it also showed what language they speak!

The airco felt like it was more like a fan then anything else wasn't really any cool air coming from it if I am being honest.

The whole hotel needs reconstruction - everything is functional, but from some 1990s, often of low-quality materials or simply aged. In my room, the water did not drain fast enough from the tube as well as the wash basin. The number of parking sites is insufficient - they allow you to park wherever you want, because it is for extra payment for every car, but the parking lots were full every evening I came...

We got a refurbished room. We slept extraordinarily well in this hotel for two nights. Very comfortable rooms - interconnected, functional, and fresh. The food was very good and with a very wide variety. The location is awesome.

The number of people for a baths/pool zone was very big. Extremely crowdy. The Spa is super outdated. But somehow it did not spoil our overall impression and we had a great rest in this place.

Our stay was great! We really enjoyed the spa facilities and the food there. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking from the Heviz lake, so the location is also great.

The cleaning staff was not that good and the quality of cleaning can be improved in general.

Overall was a good stay. Enjoyed the food, mini club and fitness classes. Vivian in the mini club was very welcoming my daughter had a great time.

No restaurant staff spoke English (or the ones we met) so we struggled to communicate, we were there 5 nights and no one let us know we had to book for new year until lunch time on that day. We ate 3 times a day and no one greeted us. We felt ignored and that the hotel generally catered to elderly Germans people. This is ok not a problem for us but also recognise other nationalities. We speak English, French and Croatian but unfortunately not German .

Food. Water (pools). That is most important. Higiene is also good. No dust in rooms.

Two single beds. It would be good to have double bed option. Anyway, bed was very comfortable. Also carpet was not clean, but regardless higiene was good. Dont misunderstand me. Even there was some things I didnt like it was very good stay that exceeded my expectations.
