Everything was great! Excellent surrounding nature and location with a lot of options for relaxation and spending your free time. Very nice renovated and very clean pool and spa area. We also liked the sauna programme, food, and the room was very nice.

Our only minor complaint would be that pets could receive something in exchange for the (relatively high) pet fee (pet bed, bowls, etc.)

The hotel was gorgeous. We had a bed breakfast and evening meal offer, in which the food was really good, a very varied buffet,which I think would suit everybody, even very young children. The staff were very nice and helpful, although maybe the bar staff could smile a bit more. The location was wonderful, the room was immaculate, and on the whole everything was great. However we invited a vegetarian friend to dine with us at the restaurant one lunchtime and we were very disappointed with the vegetarian options. There were no salad or vegetable options, just one very heavy fried potato dumpling dish, which both our friend and I had. It was not vegan as it had a yoghurt dressing. I could not finish mine and I did complain to the waiter when he asked if everything had been OK. Seeing as the hotel supports a strong wellness theme, I would strongly suggest they change their a la carte menu to support this.

Only the lack of healthy vegetarian options on the a la carte menu.

Perfect breakfast and dinner - wide selection of very tasty dishes; - Private beach on small peninsula; - Very pleasant wellness; - Beautiful hotel surroundings; - Very nice and well decorated rooms;

Fridge amd toilet ventilation in one room were not working, In second room was everything OK; - Non-German speaking foreigners may have difficulty communicating; - From some reason ashtrays on the balconies (not very pleasant when in non-smoking hotel someone smokes on the balcony and you have to close the windows); - Lots of noise from the air conditioning units on the roof when having room on the highest floor;

Excelent location, great spa and gym, plenty of outdoor activities around, nice own beach island. Bicycle rental available at hotel - still not best maintained and no E-bikes. 3 min walk e-bike options available - look for 365 rental service. Worth pay for superior lake view room - lot of space, great lights and modern furniture. Stunning view…. Good Choices of food in restaurant. Daily changed for breakfast and dinner - booked half board. Huge parking. Decent prices for minibar, bar , restaurant, rentals… Great for a retreat during the week if you seek rest.

Room cleaning - even done daily did not touched the shower at all. Little superficially in my view for 4 stars. Still room was looking clean but small details make the difference. Poor English skills of some part of personnel. Seems German is more preferred. No hurt feeling- most of them speaking but not capable to go in details in some cases…. For restaurant valid also… Little too busy in the weekend if you like more boutique style solitude…

I stayed one night. It was nicely located by the lake. Good price for a 4 star hotel. The food was the best from what I saw in hotels in Hungary so far. Clean rooms and comfy bed.

The balcony was tiny, I was by myself but I think it wouldn't be very comfortable for now then 1 person. It barely fit the table. They do have rooms with bigger balconies though. Also I'm short, and all the towels were on a very high towel rack it was really hard to reach given my 5ft (153 cm) height. You need to pay for drinks, even water, at dinner. (I understand paying for everything other than water).

This is a modern hotel on the edge of the lake. The hotel has been completely modernised in recent years - there is nothing to remind visitors of the old hotel except that all rooms have a view of the lake. Our room had a small outside balcony. The 'wellness' facilities (pool etc) are excellent and kept really clean. The meals (included in out stay) were better than expected. Wifi was perfect. An easy walk from the rail & bus station.

It's a shame that there is no inside area to relax with a view over the lake - the front of the hotel is occupied by the restaurant. The car park has been designed so that it is only accessible to pedestrians & cyclists from the park area at the side - the barriers close off pedestrian (and bicycle) access to the front of the hotel.

The hotel is great - all the pools, private beach with fatboy bags on the water, massages, etc. Food is amazing and the choice was good, also breakfast coffee was good. We were traveling with a kid and a dog and both were happy and welcomed as well. We loved it and will probably be back.

Elevators - not smart and since the hotel was full it took ages to be able to go up/down. The staff - some were very friendly, and the next is not fair to them, but those unfriendly were really unpleasant.

The hotel was great, the cleanliness of the hotel was at a high level, the food was fantastic, the room equipment was great. Nothing was missing. The room was quiet, even though the hotel was full. I really rested. Dinner was great. All kinds of food to choose from. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The only small negative experience I had with the staff was when I needed a lighter. I was at the reception and at the bar, but no one could provide me with a lighter. I was a little sorry, the lighter should be part of the additional services in the hotel.

Excellent experience: indoor pool, bathrobes, large balcony overlooking Balaton, large room, separate toilet. Newly refurbished, modern hotel. Free parking lot just in front. Free amenities from Molton Brown. Food was very extensive in choice, though mainly based on Hungarian cuisine.

Personnel was not always friendly/enthusiastic and there were long waits during check-out (I assume because 10 am is relatively early for check-out)

Location of the Hotel was great, lots of parking space, bike rental possibility. The food was diversified and tastefull. Nice new facilities, felt verry clean and well run. Lots of activities for families available (pools, playroom, park nearby ...).

Thre room was cleaned just a single time during our stay, at this only at request. For a superior 4 star Hotel we expect basic room cleaning every day.
