We had an excellent time in Szeged and Partium Hotel was part of the great experience. The staff were very friendly, special thanks to Nikolett. The room was comfortable and very clean and included soaps, shower gel, glasses, bottle opener, 2 types of towels, hangers, hair dryer etc The location was so perfect! We had 2 goals to achieve: the zoo and the aquapark and both were close ( we walked, but people can use buses and trams too. Also the train station only 13 minutes walk or 3 stops by tram. Many restaurants, pubs are also nearby. Breakfast was enjoyable with many options. Thank you, we will be back :)))

Cleanliness is kept on a very high level, and the furniture is pretty new and feels better in person than on the photos. Rooms are air-conditioned with big enough windows, the temperature inside is perfect. The staff was really kind, helpful and positive (especially Miklos). The location couldn't be better, it's so close to the center, yet quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is really plentiful and tasty, in a calm and cozy dining room. The bathroom in rooms have no flaws, clean and tidy and spacious.

The between-room walls are plaster, which makes you hear most of the noises on your whole floor, luckily the noisy activities are rare. The mattress in the twin room wasn't level.

Amazing, very well located and with a supermarket very near. The city itself feels very safe to get back to the hotel, and they provide many services that you might need. Room was well equipped and much more spacious and clean than it appeared in the photos, had an amazing night of sleep during my stay here. All staff I met was lovely and very attentive to your needs.

They charged me more than what was booked on Booking and no one from the staff or Customer Service was able to fix nor explain it even though I took no extra services or snacks.

The location is central yet quiet My room faced the courtyard so it was totally silent at night. Receptionists are friendly and speak English. A very good and authentic Chinese restaurant that seems to cater for Chinese University Students is located 30 meters from the hotel.

The water in the shower smells of rust (perhaps this is a problem all over Szeged). Despite the water in the tap is clearly undrinkable there was no free water bottles provided in the room (those who arrive at night should bring their own water. Otherwise buy bottled water at the Aldi supermarket nearby). One small sachet with shower gel was provided (why so austere? Some people actually have a shower twice a day!). The breakfast was not the typical good Hungarian breakfast one expects. It was bland (no paprika sauce of any kind) and the fried eggs were so lightly fried the yolk flowed as soon as the fork touched it). On the bright side the bread was fresh.

I know the hotel from an earlier stay and my positive experience was reconfirmed. Great staff; top location with plenty of restaurants in the area; simple, but very tasty breakfast. The rooms are rather small, and not the most modern ones, but quite sufficient for a stop on the road.

There is only a public, paid parking option (just in front of the hotel). As a foreigner you might need some assistance paying for it.

The breakfast was included in the price. It was very quiet in my room (probably also because I had a room with inner courtyard view). I could reach all of my desired locations (uni, grocery store, bus terminal, railroad station, a variety of restaurants) on foot in a maximum of 15 minutes.

Very good location in the centre of the city. Free parking place was easy to find just in front of the hotel. Standard, sufficient breakfast.

Some mysterious hum was audible all through the night in our room. It seemed to go from the refridgeretar, that was closed in a wooden cabinet, small and without proper ventilation, so it was getting to warm and worked all the time.

The whole stay at the hotel was really great. The gentleman at the reception exceeded all expectations, we had not experienced so much kindness and care for a long time. Breakfast was varied, offering many options. Location almost in the city center, close enough to everything, that you can walk.

The only thing we didn’t like was that our room could hear everything going on in the next room. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

Great location, very central but still quiet. The staff was super friendly. Very clean. Decent breakfast, decent sized room. The bathroom recently redone and again, very clean.

Minor inconveniences only. The bed needs to be thrown away, it's not too comfortable,but what's worse, makes a squeeky sound at the lightest of movements which kept waking me up at night so the sleep experience wasn't too good. Also in this area: The walls are very thin and you can hear every single step of your neighbors or when they turn over in their bed etc. so if you're a light sleeper this can cause problems.The showerhead was installed incorrectly and was a little inconvenient to use it(but it was okay)

Breakfast is excelent! Room is small but beds are confortable. Very good location. Just 5 min walk to centre. Very nice and friendly staff!

There is no private parking! You need to find parking nearby and pay for it hourly.
