Awesome, some of my observations: - very good location, if you want to visit Szeget or you are in transit. - free parking lot outside after 18:00 (M-F and weekends) or if you use it 08:00-18:00 you need to pay at the municipality - we have used the underground parking (15euro/night, need to see if you can book in advance since it's places are limited) - electric car charger in the underground parking - very good breakfast - comfortable beds - nice staff - ONE OF THE BEST DESIGN'S I HAVE SEEN IN A HOTEL!

There is nothing to be disliked. The proof is that we have returned here :)

Less than 10 min walk till city center. Fabulous breakfast! Extremely polite and nice stuff! Complementary bottles if water and coffee capsules in room every day. Double bed was made for 4 people - we have never seen so huge! Room loking to backyard was very quite during night.

Avoid upper floors, our room under roof (5th floor) had sometimes orange water. It smelled on metal all the time (general problem in the city - we were told) Its complicated to pay street parking (impossible to find so much coins, and with our card it didn’t work…), and our car was too big for hotel garage (15 eur/day).

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed! Its location is fantastic—just a quick 5-minute walk to the bustling city center. The room was exceptionally comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my visit. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich selection of delicious options to start the day. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future!

The location of the hotel is easily accessible, making it convenient for travelers. The facility itself is very nice, offering a pleasant atmosphere. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the rooms are very clean and well-maintained.

The hotel's description misleadingly claims to offer high-speed internet. This is far from reality. Not only is it challenging to connect to the WiFi due to a very weak signal, but I also encountered an issue when trying to add a second device. I received a notification stating that there were too many devices connected nearby, preventing me from adding another device. The internet was practically unusable as it didn't load at all. Additionally, the breakfast lacked variety. However, it was sufficient for a simple meal to start the day.

The biggest bed I have ever seen! Excellent location, quite good breakfast, but I won't call it fabulous as they do (the coffee could be improved). The hotel is quite unique and tech savvy, the utilities are great and the services accordingly. Good air conditioning system, but the water pressure was a little bit low. Kudos for marketing team, tho. Anyway, don't go there without a reservation, the prices are way bigger at the reception.

The self check in was not working as I was expecting, so I still had to wait a while to get the access card. Also, the coffee machine in room 509 is not working as it should. The same for breakfast coffee, and also I missed the toaster, even if they got quite generous bread and pastry options.

The location, staff and cleanliness was really great and the room was rather small, but given the price it was okay. The bathroom's sink was a bit too small and water splashed out, but it's something I could work with. Otherwise the breakfast was pretty good and enjoyed my stay. I can recommend the place!

As mentioned in the review the bathroom sink was a bit too small and it splashed water out when I was brushing my teeth, however, it wasn't that big of a deal. Room was rather small, but it was good enough for just one person. The location is great, the hotel is nice and clean, staff very friendly so I think that for Szeged it's a good choice for solo travellers!

Even though i asked to pay by card as a tourist, they charged me in Forints instead of Euros, so that it converted to more than the room‘s price. After complaining i‘ve received the difference back, which was the tip for the reception. I should have been informed first, that i can also pay in Euros by card, so that i don‘t have to get the feeling of being screwed over. The breakfast variety lacks quality and sparkling water is not included. Certainly way under 4-stars standard! Everything else was flawless!

Hotel is new, all is in premium building, it smells like new carpets 😅 breakfast rich, variety of food, enough tastes for everybody. Staff polite, room cleaning nice.

Only a few things that didn't bother us as much but...so on Booking and on their tv in lobby the price for parking is 15e, but they charge it 16.30e and they said "Yes we know it is written like that, we are working on it to change it on Booking and here", but that is really not guest's problem. You should first change prices where it is written amd then start charging that price. Also, toilet seats are smaller than toilet itself...

Nice design of hotel and rooms. I asked for pink walls and got a lovely room. There was plenty of space and everything I needed like Nespresso, large TV. I felt very comfortable and the staff were lovely. The cleaning was also very good and you could have the room made up as often as you want. I like this area of Szeged best of all.

Just every guest bangs their door and some treat the hotel like a drive by motel. The TV has many channels but only Hungarian and German. I just needed an Italian, French and Spanish channel. The 10.00 check out is a little early.

nice hotel, close to the city center, good breakfast.

Apart from parking fee (15 EUR/nigh) for the garage, the hotel is charging additional "service fee" for parking (no idea what for). Garage is small and tight. The hotel is selling more parking space than normally should. For example, in our case (see photo) hotel declared 3 parking spaces but it rather only for two. What is more, other guest blocked entire parking area. We had to park in the middle of garage and to block other cars. We were lucky that nobody was leaving in the early morning.
