The hotel is located near to the city centre. It was easy to find. The staff at breakfast was beyond exceptional. They made us really welcomed in the Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you again for your hospitality

I had notified the hotel in advance that mum has disability and we needed a room which can accommodate easy access to the room and the bathroom. The basin was very deep and high, she had difficulties to get in/out of the bath. Without my help she was struggling. This is something all hotels should take seriously and emphasize on the website whether the hotel is suitable for guests who have disability

It was a very satisfactory hotel in a perfect location. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable and it was peaceful despite being in city centre location. The coffee pods with coffee machine were a lovely touch.

The checkout time on the final day was a little too early (10am) We were a family of 6 staying in the two bedroom suite, which was lovely but during the days the bins were emptied but that was it. I thought that perhaps the carpet may have been hoovered and a light tidy up done ie bathroom sinks cleaned. At almost 240 euro a night, I thought it was something to be expected. Also the mugs for tea in the suite had no handles so it was difficult to drink hot tea, which for an Irish traveller, is a must.

The hotel is modern and very clean. Located near the Domn Square and very close to the pedestrian street in the center of Szeged. It has an underground garage for who needs it that was 11€ extra per night when we went there. The breakfast was excelent and diverse. The front desk staff was polite and helpfull. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a nice balcony that serves as a terace. Unfortunatelly we were not able to use the spa facilities as it was in refurbishment

The bed was a bit sqeeky and the wife complained there was not suficient light in the bathroom for putting make-up on

The location is amazing and the receptiin staff are helpful.

This was my 3rd time at Art Hotel Szeged. The first and the second time were much better. You could tell that every thing looks much poor now. I stayed for 4 nights, the room was cleaned only once during this period, and without changing the bed sheets. The room I received had no mini bar. The matress wa uncomfortable at all. The breakfast has more options in the past. They uesd to put meneral water in the room ( one natural and one with soda), now they put one refill filteted water that tasted weared. I hope they go bavk to the previous standart of service.....

Well managed hotel with style! Not only it’s perfectly located, it has its own little and quite alley used for outside sitting, e.g. during breakfast. The underground parking is very convenient and has an elevator access. Everything is sparkling clean, the food is good, the appearance is welcoming. Would easily stay again!

The staff is well trained, but is stressed sometimes, not sure why. Not big of a deal though.

Everything, perfectly situated in the city. Easy to get to the hotel from the train station using the tram, a wide variety of restaurants in the vicinity. Staff were super friendly, check in and out was smooth. No hassles at all. Will definitely make this my hotel of choice when visiting Szeged again.

Nothing to dislike

Location was perfect. Underground parking was very convenient (note it has an additional fee per night). Everything in the room was perfect and well though out with two exceptions (see below). Breakfast was also good.

There was only one (movable) shower handle with a single fixation point that was too low. I'm 1.76 and I had to squat or shower with one hand (the other one was holding the handle).

In the centre of Szeged, has a garage for an extra 11 or 12 €, but you could also park on the street (paid 8:00-18:00, free after that). Restaurant was open until 22:00.

Got a room on the top floor, where you hear some rooftop A/C fans or some similar noise during the day - have to keep the windows closed.

Definitely our next choice, whenever again in Szeged. Location - right in city center, near the Cathedral, your are close to everything. Parking - they have a private underground parking, that you need to book in advance. When arrving, they simply guided us to go underground, very smoothly. The rooms - the hotel looks modern, nice, airy, beautiful and clean. The room was very spacious, tastefully decorated, woth all needed modern appliances. The bed was very comfortable, we rested excellent. The breakfast - memorable. Large variety, savoury and sweet, with a a lot of fruits. Plentiful buffet breakfast, which you can take either inside, or in their inner patio, which is lovely - a small gardem / outside space. The people we met ar reception and at breakfast time were very friendly and welcoming, the check-in was absolutely smooth, fast, all the service was perfect.
