Breakfast was nice, the location was perfect, near shopping and restaurants. It's pet friendly so we got to take our dog with us and there are parks nearby to walk him. It was clean and comfortable. It has a mini fridge, hot water, our room wasn't noisy, it had an electric heater but we didn't really use it and the temperature was adequate in the room in our opinion. Would recommend.

The room could have more electric outlets. The breakfast area was quite busy although it kept moving as people finished their breakfast. The location of the elevators is quite far from the front desk, so someone older or handicap will have to move quite a distance to get to it. Nevertheless, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Old, but nice hotel in the center of Szeged. All sights are within walking distance, as well as Aquapolis

Except for the receptionists, the hotel staff is extremely unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast is relatively good. You have to intercept the cleaners in the lobby to clean the room and there were a few cockroaches in the room during the stay. Although it has a lot of potential, lazy and unfriendly staff make staying in the hotel unpleasant.

The lady at the front desk was just wonderful! I enquired about my cats and she responded to my message almost immediately letting me know about extra charges and confirming the booking. She helped me find the hotel entrance on the phone when I called. She was super accommodating of my cats and checked us in super fast. She helped me get to the nearest shop by giving me handy instructions. She was there when I left at 3am and checkout went super smoothly. 10/10

We only stayed for a few hours to get some sleep so I was happy with the room.

Great location, room was very confortable. Parking available at the hotel (you need to pay for it but ia secure), the ladies from the reception were very helpful.

The breakfast it’s poor, not too many options. And it is very early, from 7 A.M until 9 A.M. We have stayed 3 nights, but the housekeeper only took the trash from the room, she has not changed the towels or sheets in these period, neither changed the glasses. Also the check out is too early, at 10 A.M

This hotel is in a very good location, near the major sights of Szeged. The hotel is very close to the river, faces the wonderful town park and near good cafes. The hotel is very clean. The staff is wonderfully helpful and kind. My room was spotless and comfortable. The wifi is excellent. Breakfast was very good, many choices and fresh.

It would be nice if the bar was open to relax with a drink.

The staff was really nice and helpful. I booked a room for my mother who was visiting me for the holidays and we ended up deciding to stay one more day. As Booking was only showing availabilities starting from the 27th so I went there to ask if they had any rooms available. The woman at the reception was lovely and helped me sort the issue with Booking therefore allowing my mother to stay in the same room! The location is great and makes going around town very easy (tram and bus 1 minute away). The breakfast was tasty and diverse. As for the rooms, they were clean and looked exactly as shown in the pictures!

On the eve of Christmas, the room was not cleaned. The cleaning services resumed the next day but it was still not so great to come back to a room that is not done.

The hotel is very well-located, historical, and everything was clean and neat. The breakfast was amazing, the dining room is enormous and looks like a ballroom. The staff are kind, it felt like I'm having breakfast at grandma's. It was a nice travel back in time.

The hotel room was very cold, but probably we were just dumb and didn't use the heater properly. Though, I think the room should be heated when we get there.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. The rooms have a high ceiling.

The room needs a coffee maker in the room. The room key is outdated and bulky. It should be cards now. And it's very hard to get wifi from your room. I had to go to the lobby every time. The staff could be more helpful with local restaurants etc. They are not very approachable.

Downtown location, at walking distance to amenities. Huge, classical hotel with somewhat romantic K&K atmosphere. Street level parking inside hotel yard.

The staff at the restaurant expect that you finish your breakfast, swallow your food, drink up your coffee, collect your possessions, and live by 9 o'clock sharp! Don't even try to overstay few seconds, or you will face nervous reaction, comments and strange looks. Parking costs 8 EUR per night.

Super clean hotel, nice stuff, available parking place, location.

The night club is near the hotel so bring earplugs for weekend stays. It's not the hotel stuff fault, they have no control over their working hours and loud music.
