Nice hotel with great location in the mall. Very friendly and helpful staff especially at the reception, and we loved the bar/restaurant. Room service was very good.

The bathroom was an issue as nowhere to hang towels and clothes, and the water pressure was low and no water in shower one evening! Access to bed side light switches was rather oddly placed and apart from regular power cuts for short period of time, the aircon cut off during the night, and that was most frustrating and somewhat spoilt out stay. The hotel could be rated excellent if those issues could be fixed.

Nice, practical design. Especially the wall to the bathroom that brings light all day. Very good shower with hot water. Quiet - no traffic outside. Good a/c. Small fridge. Safe. Very good, helpful staff everywhere. Good indian breakfast with a few "western" additions. Eggs or dosas to order. The hotel has a direct entrance to the Phoenix shopping mall with some restaurants and a good food shop. Just a few minutes walk from " the real Indian life" with small shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is within a Mall, which is a good benefit for someone wanting to catch up on a movie in the evening. Neat and comfortable rooms.

The breakfast spread can be better as it is very limited. The entry to the hotel from the mall side is quite spooky, especially if your arriving late. The management has to keep a guard or leave the lights on at the restaurant for people to access the lift on the second floor from the mall side.

Breakfast was good, quite a few options, room was nice and clean. Staff took care of us very well. We were pleasantly surprised. Rakesh at the front desk, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took care of our needs very well. Was very impressed how he handled the hotel & guests esp during the cyclone.

Good location. Helpful staff. All essentials available in the room as described. Its in the phoenix mall, it will be helpful for people who wants to do shopping... :-).

Room locker was not working for N2. Need proper directions while coming with taxi to reach the entrance of hotel.

This hotel is inside the Phenix mall. So whenever I got bored, I stepped into the mall. I had great time inside the mall watching movies, great food options and ofcourse shopping.

hotel ambience can be little bit more brighter especially in 4th flooor.

Location near Phoenix Market city is very helpful, many restaurants and stores to visit. Room decoration was fantastic and hotel staff were extremelly helpful

The wifi provided was not the best, very slow when having online meetings or for whatsapp phone calls.

The location is really nice right connecting the to very big shopping center and also have move theaters food courts and lots of Resturant’s.

The lights in the room is really not enough even the bathrooms are dark the breakfast is so so With not much of the varieties.

Since the rooms are in a mall, there were loud sounds and reverberations till late in the night. Also, the parking space for the property was not properly designated and the mall security were not able to advise on how to access the property or parking. Direction signs need to be put up to help the guests at the parking or clear directions to be provided on the website.
