Convenient for an overnight day, after arriving at the international airport. The place is relatively clean. The room was small but adequate.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, which I found rather strange, considering international travellers.  The surroundings, including the road outside is pretty pathetic, but I suppose that is beyond the control of the hotel.

We stayed in this same hotel on two separate occasions upon arrival in Chennai (June 22-23) and before departure to Paris (July 11-12), because of its proximity to the airport. We had to pick up a friend shortly after our arrival and drop her off shortly before our departure. On neither occasion did we get to spend the night there. The breakfast upon arrival (June 23) was adequate for the price. The staff were extremely helpful in booking a taxi or Grab and with our heavy suitcases. The rooms were modern and comfortable. We would strongly recommend short stays near the airport.

Breakfast could have been more ample, even if we had the option of paying a little extra for the same. The reception is not on the first floor. It would have been difficult to manage with our checked-in suitcases if not for help from the staff.

We were told the hotel was walking distance from Chennai airport, which wasn't the case. Secondly, it was in a side lane that seemed deserted at night. But the staff more than made up for the disappointment of the location and the facade and surroundings.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner. They were clean, but stained and felt dirty. Hotel didn't have a restaurant and got the food delivered fom outside.

Location was very convenient as it was close to the airport. Staff was very nice and accommodative many of our requests such as providing a iron, extra tea coffee. They even provided us a weighing scale.... to check the weight of our luggage

The Noise.. factor as the place was closer to the airport.

The staff asked me to pay around rs. 200 more for my stay than the amount stated in the booking.com. Also, I had a long and difficult conversation to get my free breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of Nestlay. And the breakfast was really good!

The sound of planes taking off in the night! However, the closeness to the airport was really convenient.

I'm delighted that I have found a hotel near the airport that feels safe, as a woman alone, has friendly staff, is clean and comfortable.

Good value for money. Clean rooms, Clean bathrooms and Courteous staff. Location of the hotel is 50 meters away from the highway, so no problem with cab availability. Though there are limited options for breakfast items, the taste and the quality of the food is very good. there is saravana bhavan 200 meters away from the hotels, which is a good option for lunch or dinner. Overall good experience and Happy with out stay.

No major complaints. Breakfast options could be more but since they don't have their own restaurant, we can understand the limitation in providing breakfast option for every customer.

Close to the airport and metro station. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Paid 500Rs. to check in early after my flight arrived early morning, and they brought me breakfast. The food was good value and tasted delicious. Ceiling fan directly above the bed was well needed! Comfy bed

Couldn't get WiFi in my room but could use it in the lounge area. Being close to the airport there were low flying planes but soon got used to that and is expected due to location.
