From the minute I arrived, I felt very safe and cared for. This was my first time in India, and I did not know what to expect. However, having a lovely place to come back to in the evening was very comforting. The staff was there to support me and help me with anything I needed. I can also very much recommend the spa treatments - I felt very relaxed during and hours after them. The food in the main dining area was exceptional - the selection of Indian dishes at breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The gym was well-equipped and suited my needs very well. Everything was very clean in the entire hotel. Transport to the airport was very easy to arrange. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so memorable!

The staff was outstanding with their service in terms of quality of work and very respectful to all the guests. The room is very nice. The restaurants were neat, clean and spacious. The front office team and the room service team did go their extra mile to make us feel happy and welcome. Hotels can always fascinate people with the interiors and more but in this hotel it’s the staff that fascinated us more than the hotel structure.

There was nothing not to like about this property as it is safe, clean, neat, friendly staff, great food options, good bar, great event halls.

The Ambience, the room design, the facilities in the room, the in room dining, the breakfast service. The staff actually deliveres breakfast of my choice to my room. The A/c cooling was amazing. The staff were courteous and polite.

The power charging outlets in the room worked well, but was very slow in charging my devices - phone, power bank and laptop.

The property was extremely clean, bed was comfy and hot shower was an excellent pay off after a long travel. Mr Vivek the front office executive was courteous and ensured all our needs were taken care of with ease. He provided our first complimentary reward on transport upon our request, which directly shows profound values by staff in handling customer care. All staff showed fantastic politeness and great mannerism that made us felt at home. Truly enjoyed the filter coffee and food delivered to our room. Equivalently vital was the professionalism shown by all staff towards us. Hilton is the best choice and keep up the magic work. Some staff that needs recognition are Rewathi, Pooja, Bala, Ganesh, Samson and all others who had made our stay a memorable one! Many thanks and will see you all when we visit Chennai again.

All the staff were pleasant and welcoming, the food was excellent, I'm surely coming again. I had a little inconvenience when I was ill and I had to be transferred to the hospital, the staff took charge of everything, especially Chef Veera who made special food for me due to my illness thanks to the whole team, keep up with the fantastic work 😊

Everything was beautiful A small nuance, on the two days of breakfast buffet, on day one my wife had requested for an omelet which was not served On day two she had asked for Poori and Curry which was also not served On regular reminders only the coffee was served This was the difference we felt from the first time Think they where busy Sorry and thank you

The staff was excellent especially the driver the staff at the restaurants and also reception.the food was amazing excellent location

The floor carpets should be vacuum occasionally to avoid housedust.

I liked the staff and in room dinning . both are quick and food was good. The toiletry are also kept in every desired place, so that we donot have to look for it in specific places. Good experiene for business class people

The lounge does not have many comfortable chairs. People have to sit in uncomfortable positions. That need to be looked into .
