The food was excellent and the service was great. A special thanks to Rahul, Moses, Alem, Anisha and Maya. Prem and Raj are outstanding and Hyatt should be proud to have them.

Last week a group came into the dining room and started to eat the buffet course whilst standing up at the food counter and at least 2 of the guests, eating with hands, started to help themselves with more food with the same eating hand, This is breaking hygiene standards and of course etiquette. There was no attempt by hotel staff to guide these people to their table. Management needs to take action so that this is not repeated. Some of the front desk staff are not very knowledgeable of the local area. Training is therefore required. The bed was initially uncomfortable but later the mattress was changed to a hard one.

Excellent Place to Stay, especially with the Personalized Service & care, Staff and Food. Perhaps the best hotel in Chennai. I had really enjoyed the stay as the staff are doing a great job. They have a fantastic team, to name a few Mr. Murugan (Chef), Mr, Pratipto (Restaurant Manager), Mr. Nevil (Front office) and Mr.Kabir (Front office). I was also pleasantly surprised when they gave me a Room upgrade. This team certainly cares for your needs and doing all the needful, The restaurant "Dining Room" provides a great tasty food with excellent breakfast and diner spread. I will sure stay again. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The complimentary toiletries were very generous and more than other hotels. Lots of bottled water in the room, lovely coffee and teas. Very thoughtful about every aspect because you could ask them for so many additional things free of charges. Lots of personal touches in the room.Comfortable beds. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly. What can I say about the food....amazing! The breakfast buffet and night buffet had so many choices. And if we wanted anything that wasn't even on the menu they were happy to prepare it for us! The restaurant staff were simply fantastic...I cannot remember all their names as I would love to mention everyone...I wish I had written them down( i remember Kapil) but everyone looked after us so well including the chefs and managers who all come and have a little chat with us to make sure we were enjoying our meals. Hats off to such excellent service which felt like it came from the heart. They even brought out cake on the last day with 'see you soon...' iced on the plate. I will surely stay at Park Hyatt again.

My wife and I stayed for a week (Dec. 2 to Dec. 9, 2022) at Park Hyatt Hotel in Chennai. We had a wonderful stay. The room and the hotel facilities were excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The multi-cuisine breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a very wide choice of delicious dishes. The dinner options at The Flying Elephant restaurant and Mr. Ong’s restaurant were very good. All the staff were very friendly, attentive, and responsive to our needs. They provided personalized service with a smile. The hotel provided two complimentary airport pick-up / drop-off services in a comfortable, spacious SUV (Toyota Innova). And they provided complimentary laundry service on up to 4 pieces of clothing per day.

This was my 4th stay in this property with family within last 3-4 years of time. Each time it was an excellent experience which prompted me to keep it as the first choice to stay when at Chennai. This time they completely taken me by surprise when they went above and beyond to my son's request for sharing the recipe of Granola Muesli. My son liked it well and few days back he made the request. In response they shared the recipe first and later recorded a video specifically for us and shared. This was an elevated experience for us. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful experience. we look forward to staying with you again in the future.

This was the second time that we have stayed at this hotel once was seven years ago. Going into our second stay the bar was set really high from our first experience so we were hoping that the amount of travel and hotels that we have stayed in over the last seven years wouldn’t take away from the wonderful experience that we had seven years ago. I can happily say it was equally as good or better as our first stay. We’ve just come off a trip where we have stayed at seven different hotels and both my husband and I can say with full confidence that this is the winner of the best hotel that we stayed at on our trip. What makes a good or perfect hotel stay? That’s a great question as we’ve been discussing that along the way. It’s not just one thing. This hotel checks all the boxes. Nice layout of a room, comfortable bed, exceptional service from the staff, food options on site, beautiful facilities and a good breakfast. I would give every single one of these boxes a 10 and that’s coming from someone who is extremely picky about hotels. The front desk staff is incredibly professional and responsive via the app, The art they display around the hotel is incredible, I had the pleasure of getting a facial at the spa and it truly was the best one I have ever had (I hope I’m getting her name right Sombre?) was absolutely amazing. The food and service at the breakfast restaurant is unmatched and our dinner at a flying elephant was amazing. If this hotel was closer to where we lived I would make it a yearly destination. We have stayed at other Park Hyatt’s but I can assure you that this particular Park Hyatt is the best we’ve ever stayed at and that is a testament to their service which is above and beyond.

The service staff were exceptional. Special mention goes to the banquet manger Mr Selva, who took takes a special interest in getting to know their guests & their likes & goes out of his way to get things done for them in terms of food/dining. Service staff Lems was also very very helpful. All the staff were excellent in their job...& we couldnt be happier staying there .

Just wish there were more varities for both breakfast & dinner buffet. Otherwise the food was delicious.

Breakfast spread was very good. The food served was tasty too. The size of the room was more than adequate only negative was the view out from the window was nothing exceptional. Buffet dinner spread was bit discontinuous and was hard to pick a complete course of either continental or oriental cuisine.

The furniture and bathrooms are showing their age. They are at their last leg oh the race. Hope by next year you will be replacing refurbishing them.

It was beautiful and comfortable! Large, spacious rooms with a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, tons of choices, you could have different breakfast experiences daily. The gym was very large with enough equipment, free weights, machines, pulleys, treadmills, bikes, resistance training, to have a nice workout. There was a rooftop infinity pool, so relaxing with a beautiful view. Several restaurants to choose from for dinner. We did have laundry done, no issues, clothes were returned on schedule. The staff were so accommodating and also got some medicine for me when I was feeling under the weather. The pickup from the airport was seamless and the drivers were excellent.

the rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated and laid out. Comfortable bed, nice shower and towels. Treated myself to a wonderful massage by Mawwy (spelling?). Sweetta from reception was exceptionally nice and helped me with various things.

The fact that the pool was closed which wasn’t mentioned on the site. it’s why I picked the hotel. Not sure about the rules because I stayed in two other hotels in TN and pools were open
