Exceptionally clean hotel , very large room exactly like the photos. Not too far from the airport. It has a delightful restaurant about 250 m away which had delicious food. The staff were very very helpful and super nice , especially Nazya at reception.

Not sure if the area around the hotel is suitable for single females.

Very very friendly and helpful staff, clean and confortable room- in fact the room was cleaner than many upscale hotels I have stayed in India, very well organized and hasle free transfer and stay for travellers flying to/from BOM, free airport pick-up, a decent restaurant nearby owned by the property management . The way they run this hotel is really appreciable. No elevator but no issues with your luggage as there is plenty of staff available to carry your laggage to the room and back. I had arranged airport drop off at 4 in the morning and when I opened my door at 4, a staff was already waiting for me in front of the door. Excellent customer service!

The traffic around the area (though the hotel is located in a relatively quiet side street). A shower cabin would be a great enhancement.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!!! Reasons why you should book it: -Super close to Mumbai airport(15min to T2) -They have car pickup service included in the price and the driver is a great person -The team is extremely helpful and gave us suggestions -The room is impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and great bathroom space -They gave us complimentary snacks, fruits and drinks as well as water -The hotel has a great restaurant 2 minutes away, but you can also order room service, the food was delicious!!! -Great value!!

Nothing, it is truly fantastic

We spent four days here. The room was very neat and tidy. I would give 100 out of 10 marks for the hospitality of the hotel staff. It was that good. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff, especially Zakir, provided exceptional service. And the hotel driver Irshad, his care and behavior is like a family member. And one thing that needs to be mentioned is that the Uber we booked could not arrive on time because of the traffic. I even thought that I would miss my flight home. the reception staff promptly arranged an alternative, ensuring we made it to the airport on time. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

The location of the hotel is not very good. But the hotel staff are trying to make up for that deficiency through their hospitality.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast was a regular buffet, some 200 meters away from the hotel (walkable). Beds were comfortable and the room, including the washroom, was clean. Appreciate the free airport pickup. Staff was very welcoming and polite and we really enjoyed the hospitality. Special thanks to the manager, Mr Nadeem and the lady at the reception for ensuring that our stay was pleasant.

Only the neighbourhood was a bit dirty (The hotel itself was pretty neat and clean though). Also, would have been more convenient if breakfast was served inside hotel premises.

My mother and I were travelling to India for a wedding and had a stopover in Mumbai, so we were searching for a clean hotel close to the airport. Naaz Executive Hotel is a rare find in this city! The hotel has their own driver that picked us up promptly with an SUV late at night, he was very friendly, helped us with our luggage and drove us to the hotel, which is only a 10-15 minute ride in a quiet neighbourhood in the suburbs of Mumbai. It can get a bit sketchy there at night, I don't think it's dangerous by any means, just as a woman travelling alone, I would probably not be wandering around at night, during the daytime, it seemed fine! Inside the hotel, we were welcomed by lovely staff. They have a 24h desk and video suveillance, we received free water when we arrived late at night. Staff helped us with our luggage. The rooms are spotless, which is a rare find in India, super clean sheets, comforable beds, air conditioning and nice sized clean bathroom (European standard) with soap and toothbrush available. What impressed me the most was the amount of complementary drinks such as juices, sodas and larg water bottles, tea and coffee which are offered in the mini bar and a kettle in the room. They also provided us with complementary fruits and cookies in the room! This was a very nice touch. Breakfast is at their own restaurant down the street, you can also order in room service from their menu there. We were not able to get breakfast, since we had to leave so early in the morning, but that was okay. Water pressure was good, toilet was very clean. It was also easy to order an Uber back to the airport, it arrived in about 6-8 minutes. Be aware that travelling to South Mumbai takes around 1 hour. But since we needed to be further North, this was perfect for us. So all in all, this hotel is a gem in North Mumbai, staff is lovely and welcoming and it is the perfect hotel for an airport stopover as well as if you want to spend time in that part of the city!

Excellent communication after booking, up to airport pickup. The driver began constant communication even before flight to Mumbai began. The best service (with a smile) from all staff with nice clean uniforms. Desk attendants are super nice and accommodating. The king suites are super clean, like 5-star hotels, with comfortable beds and good window view of street and community. At my Genius-level discounted price, the following services/products were complimentary: airport pickup, very good breakfast, A/C, mini-bar, unlimited water bottles, large fruit tray, several great toiletry items, towels, coffee/tea pot, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Stopped in Mumbai (on the way to Kerala) just to relax at Hotel Naaz Executive a couple days.

I'm not holding it against the hotel property but this is not the best location in Mumbai...hotel is next to slum and some women might have problem with this; but, as a man, I felt safe walking outside in the neighborhood. It's also not the slum residents' fault, as they are living and surviving the best way they can. Narrow main road and lots of traffic. Restaurant is not on site but it is close by. Hotel said it has plans to relocate restaurant onsite. , but

The staff is friendly, kind, respectful and professional. The shower was very good as well. They offered laundry service for one set of clothes per day free of cost. The breakfast was nice and they had sandwiches etc, Western items too. It's a couple of mins walking distance. They prepared tea for me separately without sugar, much appreciated. Airport pick up was included one way, but the staff made sure I had a taxi on time for my flight back. The receptionist even gave me 1 rupee because the cost was 201 rupees! Very thoughtful of him. Don't hesitate to book of you need a place near the airport! When there's no traffic jam it takes 10-15 mins only.

I could nitpick on small things but doesn't matter really, it was a great stay and the staff provide you a great service.

The hotel manager was very generous, as the fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks, exceeding my expectations. This was particularly appreciated after being charged 800 rupees for a drink at Taj Ends Land. On the day of check-in, my friend had an earlier flight and went shopping at Phoenix Marketcity before departing. The manager allowed my friend's luggage to be stored in the room and even provided each of us with a complimentary drink and some fruit, making us feel truly at home. During my stay, I caught a cold, and the staff patiently took me to a pharmacy to get medication. On the day of check-out, I discovered that the city tour booked through the hotel was more expensive compared to other options. Upon returning in the evening, the manager offered facilities for a quick refresh, which was very considerate. Finally, upon departure, assistance was provided to book an Uber, which cost 170 rupees. It was a minor drawback.

If there is a charge for the airport shuttle service, it would be helpful to be informed in advance.

The manager and staff bent over backwards (made huge efforts) to make our stay safe and comfortable. It was worth spending the little extra on this hotel above hotels closer to the airport which have reviews varying from terrible to excellent - there's no pot luck (gamble) if you choose Hotel Naaz. We had a 20 hour layover between flights. They collected us from the domestic airport free of charge, arranged reasonable fixed price transport both to Juhu Beach in the evening and to the international airport at 6.30 in the morning. They gave us complimentary toast & coffee, as the breakfast served over the road only starts at 7am. We felt that they really wanted to keep us foreigners safe, especially as we can't speak or understand Hindi. The room had air conditioning, fan, tea/coffee, kettle, bottled water, fridge with selection of complimentary soft drinks, warm water shower and spotlessly clean sheets. It was exactly as I'd seen on the Booking.com website - and there was also a lovely swing seat on the roof that we unfortunately only had a few minutes to sample!

We recommend you have a SIM able to phone in India in case the plane arrives late, but the airport staff (Bipin in a buff uniform) were very helpful in contacting the hotel for us who rearranged pick up.
