Basic breakfast. The management can give it a thought of putting a toaster, Hot masala chai thermos, Hot coffee thermos so that when guests come for breakfast they can make their own toast and hot drink. they dont have to wait each time for tea or coffee or bread toast as i found in my two stays this can solve a huge problem for guests who are in a hurry to get going with their work and also the breakfast area will be accomodating as there would be less guests all the time.

Every time one orders toast or hot drink it takes time and guests get aggrovated.

The property is well kept… Been old but kept so neat and clean… I appreciate the staff they have… Courtesy and humble polite is lesser to define them… Even the food is amazing which is one reason i prefer this hotel when i am in mumbai..Would recommend it always

Staff is amazing, accommodating and helpful. From the time you enter till you leave the hotel the staff is always smiling and helpful. I had a problem with my booking but the staff made it looked like it was never a problem..

Staff at reception is not familiar with personal assistance as they lack basic computer applications including web checking. And generating a boarding pass . Not aware that hotel provides Bed and Breakfsst..so I had to order and.payfor

The hotel was Ideal for my stay in Mumbai. Breakfast and the service was good. Ideal location for my visit. Room size was just right for my needs, it was kept clean daily. Staff was exceptional. Outside environment it was as one except in India.

Perfect position close to the T1 (domestic flights) at Mumbai airport. less than 10 min by foot (safe street where to walk). Cleaness close to European standard. Staff fery polite they printed me the ticket for the check-in and kept my luggage stored for free.

Small room and the restaurant takes to much time to bring you the food.

Location is perfect, near the airport with easy access for cabs and rickshaws. The room was clean and a good small size for one person, and everything was working - the hot water, AC and electricity. Staff was also friendly and accommodating.

Room flooring upgrade. One of the floor planks was split open but it didn't bother me. It was still an eyesore that could be renovated.

Hotel Airport International was expecting us as set out in the Booking.Com reservation. The staff at the reception desk (especially Ricky) were very helpful and explained the check-in procedure clearly. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was delivered to the room on time the following day and a taxi was arranged for us to go to the Mumbai Airport. Well done to Hotel Airport International for making our stay so comfortable.
