I don't subscribe to their check in time I got there 7: 15am and had to sit at the reception till 12noon. They said their check in was 2pm. If I pay extra charges for early check in, I'll get the room. I declined and stayed till 12noon when I checked in. I was given coffee 6some cookies while I waited. Aside their check in time, I enjoyed my stay

Location was very convenient. Breakfast: 1. Restaurant service was excellent. 2. The staff in restaurant was very courteous and well groomed. 3. The food varieties were excellent. The quality of snacks absolutely superb, except for Kandhe Poha,it was good but less salt. 4. Before I forget Mr. Nilesh of Restaurant service staff was very courteous and smiling, hat's off to that guy and also other staff. 5. The reception counter staff are excellent and very courteous. 6. Before I forget Mr. Alex, the Bell boy was very courteous and professional.

The response of house keeping department needs more training and be attentive, which, they lack. The hotel needs a strong House Keeping adminstrator.

Good Breakfast. Good choices. Good quality. The housekeeping staff were very good and helpful. Overall the staff were pleasant in their demeanour. A few staff, Rizwana and Rajeev from the front desk, were particularly helpful.

Some of the items were not ready at the time of opening of the restaurant. The supervisor was a bit loud and he was actually shouting at someone at the end of the phone. This was a bit unpleasant. The lighting controls etc. are not user friendly at all. Particularly for people who need to wear glasses, it is difficult to operate the lights and other controls without the glasses, especially in the night. The check-in took considerable time and it was out of sequence, I.e., guests who arrived later were being checked earlier. Also the coordination between the billing department and the front desk was missing, as the front desk had no information about the payments I had already made.

Room was standard with what we needed. Clean and tidy. The staff member that checked us in went over and above to give us an early check in which I was super grateful for. We just wanted somewhere to rest and freshen up for a few hours while we waited till the evening for our flight out of Mumbai. The rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful also. Would stay again because of the customer service and the closeness to the airport. The price was very reasonable too.

There was a damp smell in the room and it would be helpful to have a little bar fridge and wash cloths but other than that everything was fine.

NO CONNECTIVITY IN THE BASEMENT WHERE YOU HAVE YOUR RESTAURANT. PLEASE PROVIDE SIGNAL BOOSTER THERE. MORNING NEWS PAPER NOT RECEIVED IN TIME INSPITE OF REQUEST AFTER 7 30 AM. ONE SMALL COCKROACH FOUND IN ROOM ON FIRST DAY. TV POWER CONNECTION NOT REPAIRED EVEN AFTER PROMISING. HAD TO USE HEATER PLUG TO RUN TV.

BETTER MAINTENANCE AND QUICK ACTION. FLOOR 7 THERE IS CONSTANT NOISE OF SOME MOISTURE START AND STOP . PLEASE ENSURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN.

Convenient location close to the airport, friendly staff, neat and clean premises, room was good sized with comfortable beds. Superb breakfast lay out. Appreciated the complimentary drop off to the airport. Would recommend.

The bathroom wall shared with the room was frosted glass and allowed light to come into the room. Had to leave the light on for my aged mother as she no provision of a night lamp.

The warmth of home! A home away from home it was for us. A warmth that made the purpose of our stay ever so cherishable . The front desk staff were ever so courteous ..Revati and colleagues made our stay ever so memorable . The cuisine , the cleanliness , the concern going beyond service has us want to be cradled in thecushioning ambience again 🙏♥️🙏♥️

Nothing to complain

For the first time in India it was very good. Room was spaceus and clean. Food was good and room service fast. Employees were kind and helpful.

It was visible that rooms havent been renovated for some time but with little upgrade im sure they could look fresh. They were nice and clean.

Easy acess since it is very close to airport.

Rates of food are very high. Can be little more pocket friendly. Since it is Mumbai, not always will order from hotel. There are many options. If you want to increase the food business please adjust the rates little, make it little affordable. And Breakfast options were pathetic. Being Bawa having domestic & international travellers, breakfast is something everyone will enjoy and participate but options were very sub standard. Atleast can have proper south Indian varities. This was my 5th time stay at Bawa international however I might be writing for the first time about this.

Great location, walkable distance from vile Parle mkt, near to good restaurants (within five mins walk you will find about a dozen good eating joints). Comfortable rooms and good bathroom. This was my first stay here and certainly will come again.

Few things I wish were different 1. No temperature check done, no declaration taken, no vaccination check or rtpcr test report check done. 2. The so called lobby managers do not smile at all. Absolutely serious face. They are efficient and informative but they just don’t smile. 3. Bathroom is really nice and overall it’s a grt value for money. But bathroom had a distinctive smell and I guess it is due to the kind of mop used for cleaning. But it was there thru’ out my stay. It’s mild but consistent.
